all went extremely well until i received the shipped carpet. I am told the carpet manufacturer, SHAW, made an error and sent me the exact color i wanted but substituted polyester carpet instead of nylon. after the carpet was almost completely installed we found out that it was polyester when i surreptitiously looking at a scrap that said "polyester tuft" written on the carpet.

I don't know how this can be settled. My salesman said ignore that stamp, that is impossible and told me to finish the last room because it's definitely nylon and it was obviously just stamped wrong, but the installer insisted it was not. The installer did a burn test and said it's indeed polyester.

I was told that this would definitely handled to my satisfaction, so i am really happy i am dealing with a reputable company! I have to call the company this monday 6/10/19.

Outside of prices that you can't bet anywhere else, the customer service was outstanding. I worked Samantha Butler to get quotes, place my order, and as an initial contact for some replacement product that was damaged during shipping. She was knowledgeable, quick and always pleasant and accommodating. Love… Love Georgia Carpet and their staff!

We are so happy with our purchases from Georgia Carpets. Our contact representative, Tim Dean, is awesome to do business with. He was very helpful in the selection process and very patient as well. We had previous purchases (about 9 years ago) and was so thankful that Tim was still at Georgia Carpets. The carpets arrived to the lengths we had specified and the colors were perfect. Can't say enough about how this business operates, efficient, honest, friendly, payment was done in a snap, or should I say a click, and the carpets arrived in less than a week and we live about six miles from the Canadian border! And the savings are bound to put a smile on your face!! Thank You Thank You Georgia Carpets!!

After contacting multiple suppliers for the HomerWood I was interested in, I called Georgia Carpet and worked with Samantha Butler. She was prompt, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and the best part was the incredible pricing! As a retail customer, other suppliers wouldn't talk with me directly to provide pricing or other ordering information. This was a large order and there was a lot of communication that needed to occur, mostly because I was a novice at ordering hardwood. I felt confident in the competence of the staff their, and especially with Samantha. I've received my order, and the flooring is absolutely beautiful!

Worked with Samantha and she was so great helping me pick out the best carpet for me as well as something that is suited for my allergy concerns. The overall process was extremely painless and they are very generous with sending samples and you get to keep them. The ordering process was also very painless although I went the route of sending a check because I didn't want to pay the credit card convenience fee. Hopefully they don't have the credit card fee in the future but regardless the process itself was extremely pleasant and Samantha could not have been nicer to work with. The carpet order was the correct carpet and turned out exactly the way it was supposed to with minimal waste but everything fit perfectly in the house. Will be shopping here again to do all the flooring in the house.

I placed this order back in March 2018 (2 samples) and it never arrived. Status still says: "awaiting fulfillment". I have never received any update on it since. So I am trying to order it again, but have my doubts that it will ever arrive.

I called to place an order..was very pleased with the quote I got, so I placed the order and paid for it over the phone.. After receiving the flooring and installing it I got another invoice saying I owe more. I called and was told I didn't have to pay. I recently received another invoice saying I still owe more..Do I ignore it and chance it going to collection or do I pay and just say lesson learned..the sales person should have known the weight of the product and the shipping charge before giving me a quote..

Don’t like 3 free samples should be more.. wat if I don’t like the 3 an that 4th one or 8th one jus only in a sampled remember.. no waste.. but say the 8th free sample I like an it was a 3k order?? Shame on you..

My sample order came within 2 days. But Warning! Keep track of prices on any samples you order as later you might not find the product on their website with the pricing. Staff on chat or via phone will not give prices so you have to email and wait for a response. It took about 10 days for me to receive a price! If it takes that long to answer an email, it makes me hesitant to place an actual order.

I am halfway across the country and I had never made a large online purchase before. I was very stressed but they were all extremely patient with me and this turned out to be one of the best online purchases I have ever made. Everything was perfect. Purchased some karndean looselay longplank and adhesive. The initial experience was good, received my quote very quickly, they beat everybody else on price. Contacted my specific sales consultant and placed my order and emailed a copy of my check on July 25th had heard nothing by the 28th so I called and was told to check back on Monday the 31st. On Monday I sent my consultant an email requesting order status, by next day no reply called and left voicemail requesting status again by next day no reply, called again left voicemail asking why no response and was there a problem ? Again no response on aug 3rd I called the main number to find out what was going on and was told my consultant was out sick ! I was told by another sales person they would check on my order and get back to me. They called on aug 4th and said that they found my check and would process my order. The following week on the 7th or 8th I called again for status of order and was told they weren't sure if it had been shipped that day or would ship the next day finally on Wednesday I recd an email from FedEx saying it would deliver on Friday ! Now I understand that my agent went out sick, but apparently this company has no one pick up the slack and keep the order moving, it is just abandoned and left till that sick agent gets better and finally comes back to work. There communication with customers leaves a lot to be desired, but I did finally receive my order !
