5 years ago I bought a pair of Amphibiox boots (see photos). They were sold as being so waterproof that you could wear them with your feet inside a bucket of water, they would not get wet.

3 years later, the soles, advertised as being waterproof, but breathable, start to let water in: not even a puddle of water I could step on. At the time, I complained to Geox, and the only response I got was that their soles only have a 2-year warranty.

After another 2 years, the sole completely disintegrated. And this is not uncommon, the same happened to my mother鈥檚 Geox boots.

For a boot that costs almost 200 鈧? it is unacceptable that there is no responsibility on the part of Geox. Definitely will not buy again.

Zero start customer service, zero star online experience. They took my shoes and never made the refund, I left the shoes in the store and gone they were, now they do not respond to my emails, when i call all i get is promises to solve it and lies but they never get back to me, for months. You basically do not have a proper and serious person to talk with in their call center and the call center is all you get, is like a hellish loop of frustration. A scam for only 60 pounds. Never imagined this could be the service level offered by an online retailer. Stay away!

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. On January 2 I made an online purchase for a pair of men鈥檚 shoes. Shipping took longer than promised. Already not impressed. I received the shoes several days later and they did not fit properly. Right away there is a problem with the fact that for returns the customer has no option but to return online. Why can鈥檛 I go to a store like any other major shoe company and exchange/return in store. Instead you are required to pay $7.50 for return shipping taken off your purchase price and drop off at local UPS for return. So fine I did this. The same evening that I dropped off the package I got a call from UPS saying my shipping label which was provided by geox was a duplicate label and they could not ship this item with this label. So back and forth with the CSR at geox customer care #鈥?1 (877) 855-1740鈥?speaking with someone who said this 鈥渘ever鈥?happens and not sure what went wrong. Then comes the supervisor of the call centre Blanca; who made me feel as though it was MY FAULT that the label was a duplicate. Several days and I never received a label so I had to call back again and apparently they had the incorrect email address and that鈥檚 why I never got this new label. So fine, I give them my correct email address which would have been on file ohms online purchase anyway but none the less I finally got the new shipping label. Thanks Rabah… now we are middle of January the 16 and the shoes get delivered. Geox website states 5 days from receiving the item for refund. I called 7 days later for an update only to be told because of holidays that the refund time was now 10 days. So I continues to wait. Now almost 3 weeks later and still no refund I began to get a bit annoyed with this situation. Spoke to Dalia who explained to me the refund was processed Jan 29th and I should get my refund soon. Now into February and me sick and tired of the lies from geox customer care department I call geox Canada head office and after speaking to someone there who was probably the most helpful person in this whole situation that I dealt with (thanks Maryam) It was found that the shoes were actually sitting at their office. What does this mean??? It means I was not sent the correct shipping label by geox customer care because it was sent to the wrong Geox location. SERIOUSLY???? Like who鈥檚 running this place???? So now Maryam gets in touch with her people and explains how upset the customer is and that I want to be compensated for my time and yeah guess what?? I still want my damm REFUND!!!! And someone should contact me like immediately. I never heard from anyone in the company and when I called 鈥? (877) 855-1740鈥?demanding to speak to someone I am told no one is available and I ask for someone To call me back and I don鈥檛 get a response. I was told today that my refund was processed 19 hrs ago to my paypal account. Well we will see if that even happens. The amount of anxiety frustration and anger that I have experienced in this situation cannot even be expressed in words鈥?The company should be embarrassed and ashamed of how this transaction has gone and the lack of accountability and responsibility that has been taken on their behalf. I would highly discourage anyone from ever shopping on GEOX.com website in the future.

These school shoes are really poor quality. Whole front peeled off when never worn outdoors or for gym. They made me take multiple photos then said I鈥檇 have to send them in for a 鈥渇ormal review鈥?by finding a ups depot. They are expensive and of terrible quality.

I'd like to give 0 stars

Poor quality school shoes despite costing the same as leading brands if not more.

School shoes did not last one term.

Complained to Geox and they took one month to tell me the 'defect' with the shoes was not due to their manufacturing but instead due to the use of the shoes! You couldn't make it up!

I鈥檓 so disappointed by the customer service 🙁 I bought my first Geox pair end of 2019, was thinking it would be comfortable. Instead it damaged my ankle, I had to pay to see a foot specialist, an osteopath, and so much pain, and daily foot exercices to get back on track. 6 or 7 weeks later I鈥檓 still not back to all health. Of course they refuse to reimburse. I鈥檒l keep pursuing them until I鈥檓 satisfied. They at least should learn that caring about their customers would help them be a better company. Instead they rather spend money in TrustPilot, get very negative reviews, and disregard their customers. So disappointed 🙁

The best shoes for dry feet.
To avoid smelly feet, I switched many years ago to Geox shoes.
I always go to their Geox Shop in Roermond (NL) of Aachen (D) because I want to fit shoes before I buy them.
I'm very satisfied and Geox is my favorite brand.

I asked customer service for a copy of the invoice for purchased footwear. In one or ten e-mails of correspondence, they "pull out" in an unprofessional way, do not understand what I need, ask intricate, unrelated questions, all in order to avoid satisfying the party (which in real life they can do in about 20 seconds of work) . NOW AND NEVER MORE IN GEOX! Yuck!

WASTED TIME AND MONEY ON GEOX!
I have bought my pair of Geox boots (D ASHEELY NP ABX D High Boots – Brown Tobacco C6777) on the 20th of December at Geox store in Bremen, Germany. The boots have fur inside and it causes sweaty toes and wet feet just because GEOX has no technology to prevent this issue despite they promise it. now I have call the call center hundred times and email them frequently to remind them the issue. Unfortunately I didn't read here before my purchase, otherwise I would never ever buy them. GEOX is expensive but delivers nothing in return. Save your money and buy something better for yourself.

I bought a pair of school shoes for my son for 拢38. They lasted 60 days. The front part was completely worn out. I wrote to customer service they said there was nothing structurally wrong. That means they accepted it was of a structurally poor quality. They offered 拢15 towards the next order. There isn't going to be one. Bad quality, bad service.

I bought a pair of boots, and the right sole was completely wrinkled. I was walking on the street, and my foot started to hurt. I put the damaged part in the garbage. Later, I wrote to the customer service department. They asked for a picture. I explained that I did not have the part anymore. I called the headquarters in Mississauga, and the treatment that I received was awful. They did not solve any problem. Please, do not buy any of the shoes online. Their customer service is terrible.

I received a pair of Respira Trainers as a present, a week ago.
I have to say, they are so comfortable, i have worn them every day.
I noticed, this morning, that the "paint" is peeling off!!!!
The trainers have a gold stripe around, and this is cracked, and peeling. I feel so sorry for the friend, who paid more than 拢100 for these trainers. The company should be ashamed, to turn out things like this, and charge such ridiculous prices.
I have other Geox shoes, but comfortable, or not, there will be no more for me. The trainers were purchased in England.- I live in Spain at the moment, I will not be sending them back, after reading the other reviews, and the problems people have had obtaining contact, and refunds, this company is best just forgotten.

I ordered a pair of heels on October 22nd, and paid a supplement for express delivery.
A week has gone by and I still haven鈥檛 received notification for a delivery date.
The customer service agent very 鈥減olitely 鈥?told me that Geox was going though a reconstruction of the warehouse and my timing of the order was off . 鈥淪o too bad that you paid extra for express delivery. We won鈥檛 refund the surcharge because you placed the express delivery on October 22 and not October 23. We only stopped taking express orders October 23.鈥?None of the warehouse issues were mentioned on the website, all this to say buyer beware
Customer service is poor. Thank you Geox I won鈥檛 have my shoes in time for my ball.

I bought several Geox shoes, always taking advantage of sales, as they look cool. After trying different types of shoes, I have encountered defects on all of them. They don't last more than few months.

Gosh I wish there would be a negative sign.
I placed shoes order for my little one. And I got 1 shoe in the box! 1! Is it a joke? Still trying to resolve this issues with customer Service! Thats awful! Stay away from this company!

Customer service is appalling. I made a return, got confirmation that parcel was received, however Geox refuses to refund as parcel hasn't reached the warehouse. It's been over a month and it seems obvious to me that it has been lost somewhere in transition. They clearly think it's ok to keep my money for their own incompetence. This is the last time I ever bought from them.

I purchased a pair of Strada sandals from your Burlington (MapleView), Ontario store. Although I didn鈥檛 wear it more than 15 times, the plastic ring on the side broken and it is worn from both sides inside so I took them back to store to ask for repair on July, 28, Sunday around 1:00 pm.
I also informed them I am going to leave soon for my summer trip so would be great to get it soon. The lady on the front desk said I am going to get a phone call sometime in the coming week and I am going to back my sandals after. Nobody called for 8 days and then I called them back today around noon. Another lady got my name and number and said she is going to call me back pretty soon, she didn鈥檛. I called them back at 4:00 but the third lady said 鈥渋t is going to take AWHILE up to two months!鈥?and she said she is the manager of the store but refused to give her name. Also said, there is no repair facility around so THEY SEND TO SHOES SOMEWHERE THIRD PART NOT GEOX!!! Then said, I can get my sandals back in unrepaired condition, such a nice customer service!
Then I gave a call to their customer service number but I was given a specific (costumer.careATgeox.com) email address to make a claim. I sent them an email and received a reply saying they will call me with a ticket number. Since I didn鈥檛 receive any phone call, I sent them a few more emails, but there鈥檚 no reply. When I called their 1800 number they said they cannot help anyhow for store purchases and they didn鈥檛 provide me with any alternative contact information to get help store-related problems.
Basically, it is way better to AWARE GEOX, their Trustpilot point is also 1/5 so everyone agrees that they have horrible customer service and they don鈥檛 behind their product.

I tried to return a pair of children shoes less than a week after purchasing in a sale. Was told I couldn鈥檛 get a money refund but only a store credit. No one from their sales team have deemed important to inform me this prior to purchasing. This is a pretty sneaky tactic from that company. I guess I could鈥檝e made a scene but I didn鈥檛 want make my day any more stressful as I have a heart condition. Will be avoiding Geox like the plague from now on. Now I鈥檓 stuck with a store credit of a brand I despise. Geox if you鈥檙e reading this, please be more forward with your return policy for sale items. Train your personnel better!

Horrible customer service, had to call five times. Three times to receive my return label, twice for the refund that is owed to me because I returned a pair of their shoes. Still waiting after four weeks.

However, the quality of their shoes is impeccable. It鈥檚 the only reason why I鈥檓 even giving them a star.

They should be ashamed of their customer service!
My mom bought me 2 pairs of shoes online, but unfortunately they're too big.
Went to a store to return them, and they say : "You have the stores, the franchising and the online store. They are all different and separated". Well, it's the same company!! Otherwise, they should change the name of the stores to something else, because apparently they aren't connected – don't know how. It's the first time that I'm hearing this kind of things, and for me it makes no sense at all!
And they just gave me no solution at all, just keep repeating : "There's nothing we can do".

Do you know, if I said that to my customers I could be fired! That's no way to treat a customer! You try to help and you try to provide some answers. You can't just shush them by saying you can't do anything or by saying no!

Shame on you Geox, SHAME!

Unlike everyone else I like to physically go into a store and buy my shoes. Now if they were shoes that I had purchased before and I knew I they would feel I may reorder from online.

But since these are made in Italy not everyone has the means to either come here and get them such as I. I picked up 3 pair for 鈧?42.00 they are originally 鈧?30.00 for a pair.

I only gave 4 stars because I have not wore them, but the look and style and the feel so far is a 4.5.

After I ordered my first pair of shoes from Geox I read reviews like this website. I was very anxious as to what expereince I might have.

In fact, the shoes arrived within a few days and there were no problems at all. I have worn the same pair for 12 months now and they are wearing thin on the soles and heels. So, I need a new pair.

I have just ordered a replacement pair and fully expect the order to be fulfilled exactly as the before. In fact, I have ordered 7 pairs of shoes in the last 12 months and every occassion has been 100% correct and trouble free.

I guess that I'm just lucky then?

If I could leave this review in the negative I would! Appalling service. I purchased a pair of shoes for work online nearly a month ago 拢95. I then found an exact replica with another company for half the price. I emailed them to try to cancel my order and was emailed back their T & C鈥檚 – I should have phoned them. Their delivery company delivered them to an off license and I emailed them asking for them to be sent back to them to process my refund. I keep getting update emails which tell me nothing. A completely despicable and incompetent company!!! I would never buy a pair of shoes from them on principle! Still waiting for my refund!
