If I could give this ten stars, I would. My representative, Arla Thyng went above and beyond helping me with my insurance needs. She was very professional and informative. I will definitely use Get Me Healthcare in the future. I highly recommend this company!

Horrible..just horrible I purchased medical..vision..and dental..This was back in November…come January the 1st.. I'm going to Drs and Dentist.. only to be told… I don't have any insurance.. very frustrated now…. I'm calling get me healthcare..to get told.. I'm not covered for medical..but I am for dental..which is totally not true..they transferred me to surebridge.. I'm placed on hold there as well..not only holding but being hung up on while…I call back and this very nasty rude individual spoke to me..mind you… I'd been on hold for a while.. I say about 30 mins.. totally different person answers the phone…Steve M…he speaks to me as if I owe them something… wouldn't give Business license info…and transferred me to who ever at this point I'm beyond pissed..I thought I had medical insurance but I don't..Oh he did say he would refund my premium…so now I'm stuck waiting to see Drs… I'm epileptic..and diabetic.. PLEASE..do your research..do not…I repeat..DO NOT give your money to them..they get your money…if it works out fine…good luck with them…BTW..Jarrod was my insurance broker.. signed

I am currently evaluating different health insurance options and I recently spent 45 minutes with Shane Brodil over the telephone at this company asking questions. Shane was very helpful and gave me some great tips on the various health nsurance plans on the market today. He clarified some things that I was trying to figure out (best plan for me and my wife). I would recommend Shane as a great source of health insurance information.

I originally left my job in February and needed to get insurance. I looked for affordable options as I would have no income. I came across this company and thought I was in good hands and that they would help me get the insurance I needed. Long story short is not only was I paying for my insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield myself as well as dental through another company and life insurance through fidelity, I was also still paying them $160+ a month for getmecare. What the hell. If I am paying all of the insurances myself, why are they taking $160+ each month from my checking… answer it's a membership fee. As someone who has no income and is basically using some 401K to cover health insurance until I go back into the workforce this is not an added cost that I can handle. I will be taking care of my insurance myself from now on now that everything is set up. That monthly fee is ridiculous as I don't need this service. I have allowed it to auto-terminate, so they can no longer take my money.

This company sold me "insurance" that was NOT insurance. I found out right away and canceled. They told me I would get 100% refunded but that it would take several days to show. This was a lie. They knew they did not cancel the life insurance that "came with the package". So in reality it's a separate charge and it then continued to charge my card. Then they were rude to me when I called again, even making fun of me while one agent passed me to another. So they scammed me, then belittled me afterward. Please do not do business with this company.

Imagine I couldn't get in contact with them after registration, the number they sent to me wasn't connecting, it was as if they blocked me after collecting money from me. I didn't receive a single mail from them, I had to cancel it, I told my bank they were fraud, but they went ahead to tell my bank that they offered their services. You all are thieves. You better refund my money.

I spoke to what I thought at the time was a sweet and understanding agent trying to help me get the best coverage for my current health issues. Antonio Joseph took advantage of my illness and claimed he had the same diagnosis and went on to lie about his "struggles". He gave me his personal ext. After we chose a plan that fit, at the end of our conversation he said he would call back on Monday to finish getting me set up. He then transferred me to what I thought was billing, which in actuality was a life insurance company that is also a scam. They sign you up for life insurance under false pretenses and then make it close to impossible to cancel.

I'm happy I froze my credit card as soon as I felt suspicious. I have called at least 20 times now trying to get ahold of anyone in customer service and no one answers. They put you on a never-ending hold that says it will only be 10 mins for an agent to answer over and over again. I have sent an email and still praying that I can get this scam canceled so they don't try to bill me in the future. SO upsetting please don't trust them.

They are fabulous! My agent (Rudy Extension 43225) was able to get me a plan that I could afford. Rudy when above and beyond. Rudy was able to answer all of my questions. He is very helpful in many ways and was very patient in explaining the coverage of my plan.

They are happy to take your money but don't deliver. They never mailed me my packet and after 2 months I said enough. They did email me my insurance cards but I don't think I had any coverage. The cards didn't indicate what I was covered for. When I called to talk to the person I was working with they told me he was not there. I feel like I was scammed and it's sad to think during these hard times there are people out there doing this. I just don't trust them.

Beware of this Company. They sell you a Bill of goods saying if you have issues with just "call me and we will deal with" HA! Not true. You cant get a hold of them again… it's almost like they block your number. Now I am having to cancel everything and start all over. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Talked to a man(?) Named Andrew Bednell he assured me this insurance would be excepted at my most important doctor it was not! A waste of my time and money. Pick pockets!

I was told I got "Obamacare" and that was BS. What I got was meager "supplemental" insurance which is garbage. No way to get to anybody in customer service – once they have you, you're screwed. DON'T make the same mistake I did – run, run, run away from these guys. Go to the Federal website and get real insurance. If you're still within the grace period where you can cancel, you will NEVER get to a live person – actually, I did get to one person who was rude as hell and treated me like crap, so I called back. Since then, nobody will pick up the phone. Garbage.

**Update – when I called the customer service number listed on my membership card instead of the "agency's" number, I received assistance, and the representative was honest and clarified that this was not comprehensive insurance. She cancelled my policy and will be issuing a refund. This plan might be OK as supplemental, and perhaps they also offer comprehensive plans – but since I should be reviewing the insurance company rather than the agency, I will upgrade my review a bit to be fair.

If you read the reviews, these are all people that have just signed up. They're thrilled and excited, because they think they now have good health insurance. HOWEVER, the people that actually try to use their insurance realize it's crap, those are the real reviews you want to read!
I signed up a few days ago in a moment of weakness. Received some really strange emails regarding things I never wanted or signed up for. Still I haven't received one email regarding my actual insurance (it was supposed to start "next day"). I was told I would have 30 days to cancel, and after sifting through these reviews I can see I made a terrible mistake by signing up with this company. Now I can't get anyone on the phone after a dozen or so calls, and have left multiple messages for a call back.
I've already applied with my bank to dispute this as a chargeback, and to block this company from ever charging me again!

After using their Provider Search Tool to find me an Urgent Care that was in network. I went through with my visits. Once I got better I received a massive bill and when I tried to dispute it they just threw the policy in my face, stating that what was in network during my first visit was no longer in network during my second. The rep told me that their not responsible for what the sales rep manipulated you to buy. I was literally paying hundreds for years, only to be cover for two visits up to $55 each.

They made it seem like I could get limited coverage, I ended up paying over $1,000 for JUST ONE DOCTORS VISIT. It was a check up with an ultrasound and urine sample. Because it was pregnancy related they found a way to screw me over. Stick to covered California.

Absolutely incompetent, disorganized, nonprofessional, dishonest and INHUMANE. Agents push a bundled policy that charges additional premium, despite assurance to the contrary. Once signed you can not ever reach the original agent, with a front office customer service desk that performs an orchestrated and repeated dance designed to confuse and humiliate. They adopt an attitude and denigrate you constantly,lie and the onus is upon you to terminate the additional life insurance, manpower hours on hold and waiting for bofus return calls. To date i have spoken with 11 employees on the front end. The Adroit Rx administrator for NGL is worse. Money taken May 5/28, to date 6/15/20 there is no coverage. 13 agents called , no-one doing their job, no responsibility taken or promised results returned. Can name each agent and explain the problems with eligibility, group number mapping, etc…This has to be a scam and ill take it to BBB, etc. Stay away.

Don't trust this company!!! I'm disabled and they sold me insurance that I couldn't use… I was in pain all night! When I told them to cancel after not receiving a call back after I asked for hours the day before Steve told me to shut my mouth! And was rude! Talking crap to my husband!! I went all night without medication!!!!

With the stress that my family is on right now, someone called saying they can help us still get coverage, I was hesitant at first but I was able to talk to my agent who explained who she can help me. She understands our current situation and was able to provide us coverage despite of the fact that I just lost my job. Thank you so much!

I received a call from someone saying that they can help us get into a cheaper plan with better coverage. I was a bit hesitant at first but they were right! I am so thankful that I did not hung up when they called me. I might have lost a ton of money with my health insurance if I did!
