October 31, 2016 鈥?I purchased a transmission for $500 through GetAutoParts.Net and never received the part, nor refund. Calls continue to go unreturned / unanswered. The registered agent through the Florida Secretary of State鈥檚 Office claims they are no longer representing this business. The fraudulent company operates the website: http://getautoparts.net/ with a phone number of 1-866-204-0474 located at: 10752 Deerwood Park Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32256 operated by Regus Office Suites. This is NOT the same address as registered with the Florida Secretary of State鈥檚 Office (7920 Royal Lace Terrace, Lake Worth, FL 33467). It鈥檚 a tall skyrise with HUNDREDS of office that you can rent an office there for $89/day which ANYONE can do. The company claims that Justin Reeves is the owner, but the 鈥淥fficer / Director鈥?filed in the Corporation Division lists 鈥淜 V D N Rao, Sambari鈥?鈥?and in the mist of corresponding with the company, a man called 鈥淢ike鈥?with an Indian (from India) accent was the perpetrator. it is a company with no such warehouse with intention of delivering product.

I order an engine on line for my car on Nov. 07 2016 as of this date I have not received the engine. I have called and they have not return the calls. I have e-mailed them and also try to contact them on their web sight but still have not received an answer. I am sending you a copy of the invoice and Banking information.

Bought an engine for 2012 BMW by wiring money to the company bank and never received the engine. After days of trying to reach them all calls from my area is blocked.
