We had a great experience with Denis helping us deliver 2 cars. We where not in the country at the time so we could not be at pick up or drop off but Denis made the process easy for us. They communicated with us through the whole thing and communication was great. I like the document signing process and account information steps . It felt very safe to give deposit at pick up and pay in full when cars where delivered.

This was the second time I've used Get Carrier and I'm so glad that I did! From the minute I contacted them to move my daughter's car they kept in close communication with me, from finding a driver to checking in on delivery of the vehicle. I appreciated their daily check in's as they kept me informed about the driver's information, pick up times and process. The car, which was transported from North Carolina to Colorado, even arrived a day ahead of schedule. The driver was very nice and professional. The car arrived undamaged and there were no hidden fees. I'll be contacting these guys again when it's time to send the car back to North Carolina, and I've already recommended Eva and Get Carrier to some of my friends. Great service!

Working with Getcarrier was simple and pleasant. The price was in the same range as its competitors, but the customer service was outstanding. Denis was with me every step of the way and I felt like he was advocating for me with the companies bidding for my transport. No issues at all, Eva was helpful getting everything scheduled. Price was good, shipping was good, the car was dirty but that's to be expected. All in all no issues, would happily use them again.
