Absolutely disgraceful. I was ripped off and given a fake tracking number. No money back

Do not buy from these they go under different names , PayPal have my payment under sheswish, bank shows it as smileyhomey, email is get got gotten, got confirmation of my order on the 8th of Jan, then loads of emails trying to get me to buy other stuff, next email was to say there was a delay due to Chinese New year. Emailed support for an update no answer so went through PayPal got a reply to say they had no order for me. Have now left it in PayPals hands

Exactly the same as everyone else ordered shoes never arrived. They were not exactly cheap, am disgusted a company can just take your hard earned cash & there is no consequence. Am gutted that I didn鈥檛 read the reviews, will not be buying anything if face book adverts again. They shud be checked out before being allowed to advertise on there. GUTTED! ????

I haven't received the shoes I ordered on 17/01/2020, they emailed and said the shipment was delayed because of Chinese New Year, but, they have not responded to the numerous emails I've sent requesting an update….I guess it's either a scam or coronavirus…

Told to track them but never given a tracking no. NO response from,so called, customer service. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Has Trust pilot done anything to strike this so called company of the trading list I lost my money for a pair of trainers unbeliveable

Trust pilot should use a no star rating because this is what Is deserved. Like many others I ordered in January. No goods received.

Same as everyone else it's a scam!! They take your money and don't deliver! Ordered trainers in January and still not received in March. I also saw a FB and and ordered that way. Have requested a refund but they say the order is processed and can't therefore be refunded. Apparently they have unexpected high demand!
Have emailed again and plan to report them if a satisfactory reply not received

Extremely dissapointed. Placed an order last year in Sept and till date there is no response. No one bothers to respond to emails. This is a scam and trap. You take money from people and then disappear. Arrange to refund my hard earned money on immediate basis.

SCAM – ordered a pair of shoes not turned up , excuse chinese New Year caused short delay then nothing and page then removed scam now trading on fb under new name

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered shoes in January and never recieved them. Had a couple of emails apologising and they were on their way but nothing since. However I have just seen exactly the same shoes on a site called gravitymagic.com and wondered if it is them set up in a new name. Dated 2020 on the website, same price in fact more or less the same site.

I bought a pair of shoes from these people a few months ago. No probs what so ever. The most comfortable shoes ever!

Dreadful of Facebook to allow this company to advertise on the site. It鈥檚 fraud, no doubt about it. $24 US taken from my Paypal account with no goods delivered and now I see they have gone bust!
No doubt have opened up under another name. Several of them selling the 鈥渂ling鈥?pens that distribute the diamant茅 shown around trainers. Please don鈥檛 go there!

Sadly I've had the same experience as everyone else. Money taken, no product, only replied to my first email.
I now try to check out the company before sending money.
Shouldn't be possible but sadly it is. Requested a refund……nothing.
Police should be notified.

I ordered some shoes in December still not received them go on the page now and the website can鈥檛 be found now ?

Feel I've been duped. Had an E mail saying my good had been dispatched that was on the 22Jan. Have not received anything. This is not a good. I'm informing everyone not to buy from this site.

Paid more than I needed to and 2 months down the line I'm without the product.

Still waiting for my shoes to arrive over 3 months later . I don鈥檛 believe they鈥檝e ever sent them and I鈥檓 not sure how this company is able to get away with daylight robbery.

I orderd the jewellery mould Christmas time. Paid and still no mould set I sent email and comes back this email is full. It's a total con.
