1. From the start: They would not deliver some of the products, and not tell you about it. It was probably after the 10th time that I realized an item was missing, as I really needed this item and noticed that they didn't refund the item or give you any notice about it. I then called them and talked to someone on the phone about and only thereafter did they refund all the items that had not been delivered.
(What kind of company does this? How can you not deliver items, not give any notice about if and only refund these items when the customer complains???)
2. Some of the items arrive different than displayed on the website. Ex: Beets: They are displayed as natural, non cooked beets, but getnow will send you cooked beets instead.
3. And this is probably the most ridiculous out of everything. They tell you a delivery time (ex: 3 to 5pm). However, they won't deliver during this time, and they also don't give you any notice about it! Last time this happened I was extremely annoyed as I had to leave at 5.15. It's only at 5. 35 that I get a call from a driver asking if it's ok to deliver??? I then explained to him my frustration and he started shouting at me, telling me that it's not his fault???!!!
4. Lastly: 0 customer support! I sent them 2 emails 4 days ago, yet nobody has bothered to reply!
Overall, these are very disappointing practices and fixing these should be a standard thing to do.

I have downloaded a couple of programs from here and it's OK. Just remember to click on the Skip all button when it starts showing crap software. You will recognize those as these aren't what you want to download. In my opinion it's easier to skip the bloatware in this installer than in the one Softonic uses.
