Techs did a good job and were courteous, but seem more interested in selling more service. I'm guessing this comes from the front office.

I got rid of the spiders in my shed with a simple spray bomb from the Dollar Store. This was after GoForth failed.

I tried to downgrade my service, but continued to be billed at a higher rate. I severed the contract.

I have been a customer of Go-Forth Pest Management since buying our first home in 1978! With their service and prompt revisits when a problem popped up, I have felt they were a very professional and valuable company to have in the war against pests. I've used their insulation service, Christmas Lights service and lawn services as well as pest control. I would recommend them without any reservation.

We have used Go-Forth for over 30 years. We have found their employees to be honest, friendly, and concerned about our pest issues. They're quick to respond to any problems and are knowledgeable and well trained. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I have had the mosquito service for years and unlike when I go to the park or friends homes, I NEVER get bit when I am on my deck, near my pool, or paying in my yard with my kids and dogs.

I just received a collection notice today stating I haven't paid the last three months. First off it's on an automatic draft, at what point does anyone at the GoForth Co think to pick up the phone to contact me and kindly let me know hey your payment didn't go through it appears your card is no longer active? No, you wait three months to send me a letter from a collection agency with interest applied??! On a service you have not even rendered recently in the past few months. I was even thinking about Paul earlier this week thinking it's been months since I've seen him, I wonder when he supposed to come back?
Paul is a great technician and he seems to truly care about his customers and his job it's unfortunate that the rest of the company dropped the ball and waited three months to send me a collection letter. I only signed up for one year of service three years ago and I never re-signed any yearly contract since then. I was told after the first year service I can cancel at any time, well I'm canceling now. You will not get any money on service you did not render!!!

The Goforth workers are always prompt, polite, and thorough. When I call about a problem, they schedule a visit quickly and carry out the necessary service.

Technician James arrived on time (in fact a few minutes early). He was courteous, professional, and went straight to work. He did a thorough check of all premises and completed all treatments necessary. When finished, he gave me a report on what he found (all good). Highly recommend.

we have been using Elium for a while, when we lived in Spencer, we now live outside of Salisbury, the tech was on time and did a great job. I would recommend GFPL to my friends.

From the time I called to my house call I received great customer care.I had a great service man,he greeted me with a smile and handshake. A very professional young man.He was very very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. I was very pleased that he took the time to explain to me what he had discovered as well as the next plan of action. So glad GO-Forth was my choice.

Our Go-Forth representative, Don, is almost like family.
Always considerate,courteous and honest.
Does his job and doesn't waste time but we always have a nice conversation with him.
When we see Don out in public, he always knows our names and speaks to us.

With the previous Elium exterminators, was more clear about what I was paying for. New service requires being attached to a monthly payment and I never agreed to that! I prefer a service actually performed before I pay!
