I got ear rings and they were all too large and I know my ring size. Also, this has having over two weeks when the rings got to them 4 days after I dispatched it them. I also have not received a reimbursement for the first ring.

I ordered a bracelet that was advertised online. They price quoted was $10 (special sale). They price charged to my credit card was $99.99, which showed up immediately. I tried contacting the company within minutes of placing the order asking them to cancel. I have tried numerous times to reach them, both by phone and email. No answer and no response. My next action will be to contact my bank and initiate fraud report. 10/20/2020 Company did respond and sent refund for difference

I had two rings with stone that fell out. I went back the product and still haven't gotten my refund! I desire my money returning!

The price and customer service presented by Golden NYC Jewelry cannot be overstated. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family, and my fiance and I look forward to purchasing our wedding bands from Golden NYC Jewelry in the near future.

Product quality medium but services is not well. You need to reply fast as well as quality of products.

I would not purchase from here. I bought multiple rings and a necklace. All the sh*t is fake as fake gets. Super disappointing. Turned my fingers green

i ordered $81 worth of goods. they sent some damaged one and some wrong one. because of that i returned all the goods with my own money back to them. but i didn't received my money after 2 months also. they are saying they will ship same goods or they want to give gift-card to buy their goods. you will get same goods other places cheaper and good quality one.

I purchased a personalized necklace for a friend's b-day, and it was definitely not the gift I had ordered. I have already sent them a photo of the necklace and I'm still waiting for their response.

I ordered two items from Joyus.com and apparently they get their jewelries from Golden NYC Jewelry because the one item I received came from them. I've sent emails to try to get my other item since they said it was delivered but I didn't receive it. It's almost 2 months now and I'm still trying to get my missing item. The necklace I received is of poor quality and not as expected. I'm tired of waiting so file a dispute with my credit card company and they're looking into it. Like all the reviews I read, it looks like this company is scamming people. I definitely would not order from them or Joyus.com again. Never have I experienced this business practice from all the other companies I've ordered from over the years. Wish I read all these reviews before. Like the other reviews, it should be zero star.

LESSON LEARNED FOR ME! I WISH I CHECKED THE REVIEWS OF THEIR BUYERS FIRST. THEY ONLY HAVE 3.9 STARS OUT OF 5 DUE TO THE SAME ISSUE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.

FEB 13, 2020, I PURCHASED 3 DIFFERENT KINDS OF EARRINGS WORTH $30.70. IT WAS A SALE PRICE FROM THEIR USUAL $100+. THE ITEMS LOOKED REALLY NICE ONLINE PLUS THE SALE PRICE WAS TEMPTING. I GOT THE ITEMS ON THE MAIL AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! THEY LOOKED DIFFERENT FROM THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY WERE REALLY CHEAP! I WASN'T GONNA BUY THEM EVEN AT $5 FOR 3 PAIRS.

I CONTACTED SUPPORT FEB 18TH, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE TO CONTACT THE SELLER AND WAIT FOR THEIR RESPONSE. I HAVE BEEN EXCHANGING EMAIL WITH THEM SINCE THEN. BY THE WAY, THE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK. IT ONLY KEEPS RINGING NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL. I WAS FINALLY GIVEN A LINK TO PRINT OUT MY RETURN LABEL, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. I EMAILED THE SELLER DIRECTLY AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE REALLY SORRY FOR SENDING ME THE ITEMS AND ASKED ME TOO NOT TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW COZ IT WOULD HURT THEIR BUSINESS SO BAD. I AGREED THAT I WON'T LEAVE ONE AS LONG AS THEY SEND ME MY FULL REFUND. I HAVE BEEN EXCHANGING EMAILS WITH THIS SELLER SINCE FRIDAY LAST WEEK AND NOTHING YET. THE LINK FOR THE RETURN LABEL DOESN'T WORK. IT KEEPS ON SAYING "NO ORDER FOUND". THEY'RE INSISTING ON SENDING ME A REPLACEMENT OF 3 DIFFERENT KINDS OF JEWELRIES TO WHICH I DECLINED. HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM AGAIN WHEN THEY SENT OUT CRAPS THE FIRST TIME?

ALSO, WHEN THEY SENT ME THE LINK FOR THE RETURN LABEL, IT SAID THAT THEY HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE! REALLY? I WOULD BE MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY FOR ONE IF THE ITEMS WERE EVEN CLOSE TO HOW THEY WERE DESCRIBED ONLINE. BESIDES, IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE. BASED ON THE REVIEWS HERE, THEY DIDN'T GET THEIR REFUNDS TOO. I AM DISPUTING THIS WITH MY BANK.

SO BEWARE AND I HOPE NO ONE GETS SCAMMED WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! IT SUCKS TO BE IN A POSITION WHEREIN YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR A CRAP A COMPANY HAS SENT YOU!!!

i wish ..if i could give it 0 or -1 rating. Your order will become a messy order,received fulty jewellery and refund process is too complicated.

This Company is Fake .This is Cyber Crime.I have the email conversation with this company which proves their scam.When you place the order they will not send you the items.I have ordered three ..they just sent one which is also plastic not gold plated.Remaining two will be in preparing forever.Their website says that its free shipping and returns with in USA.When you want to return the crap item that you received they will not generate free labels for returns.The website link forever through the error for label generation.The contact number which is mentioned in the wesite is google voice and no one will be available to address your issues.Email is the only communication.They request to you not to write bad review as their family is relaying on this fraud.This is complete mess.They agree that they messed up your order but they do not refund your money.This is a well planned scam to steal customers money. I had to block my credit card.Fake FAKE FAKE .I am sure all the five star reviews are fake .NEGITIVE Rating fraud.

After nearly three years my wedding ring (which was actually a full eternity band channel setting) needing repairing due to a small diamond falling out. The person I dealt with was so helpful, quick and facilitated the ring being fixed and it's back now looking amazing. Great service.

If I could give zero stars I would for quality and customer service . I have been calling and emailing for 4 days with no response and no one ever picks up their google phone . I am especially disappointed the tennis bracelet looks nothing like the picture. I want a refund and will look into next step
