I ordered my drone at 3:17 pm, on 12/21/18, knowing that although I probably wouldn't receive it for Christmas, it would arrive maybe a few weeks later. I was fine with that. 19 MONTHS LATER, STILL NO DRONE OR REFUND!! Griffin Air Tech never returned my calls or emails. In May of 2020, I filed a complaint with the BBB,but again no resolution. It was probaby $97.00 that I'll never see again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Lesson learned.

Can't even believe I fell for this scam!!! It is just a 100 percent scam!!! Web page and phone numbers to get your money back are even gone!!! If anyone out there knows how to contact these folks let me know!!! Ordered in January!! Still nothing!!! Last time I was able to talk to them they promised by June 30th. SCAM!!!!!

Sorry to hear so many complaints. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones as I got my drone and battery within three weeks. It's great. Does look like the company is now gone but I believe they got in over their heads. They were probably getting their drones made for them and their supplier is gone. Who knows!

These people need to be arrested. I ordered a drone back in December of 2018 and here it is June 2019, still no drone or the extra battery packs. $124.00, ripped off. I am personally planning to visit their company soon along with my best friend who is not only well to do but is an excellent attorney. I am going to share the outcome of that trip to the general public. Wish us luck. To be continued.

Placed an order in January, 2019. Never received and got a different excuse every month. Now it appears they are out of business.

Worst experience EVER! I ordered a drone December 18th. They guaranteed it to be delivered by December 24th. Didn't happen. I've asked for a refund and haven't seen it yet. I call every day and they tell me one lie after another.

On November 22, 2018 I ordered the Griffin Air Tech Gryphon, since the ad stated a 31 minute flying time (max is 15) and 5 mile range (max is less than 1/4 mile) and after about 10 days, called to see where it was. I was told it would be another 12-14 days because of the amount of orders. Two weeks later, told it would be another week and I'd get a tracking number. On Dec. 26 I called and said I'd not gotten a tracking number, but a few hours later it arrived.

I had hoped to get it flying in early December here in S. Carolina, where the late fall / early winters are milder. After Christmas, the colder, wetter weather was here. But, we got a break in the first few days of January, 2019 and on 1-6-2019, I took it out to the church parking lot after lunch. I flew it around (nicely) for about 10 minutes, but one motor acted up, so I shut it down, restarted it and it went up, flipped and slid on its blades. I took it home and after checking it out, it was a bad motor. So I packed it up and after several tries, finally had a shipping label sent and returned it. On Feb. 5, they were to return my $97, and as of Feb. 20, no refund. I'll try again.

**Update** As of end of business, 3-6-2019, still NO Refund.

***UPDATE*** As of 3-14-19 I HAVE received my refund. The cust. svc. person was very helpful.

I actually got my drone….but, with that said..ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT !. I want to purchase more batteries. Email after email and nothing. I asked for a refund just for the hell of it…NOTHING…I called the provided phone number and some shipping company who knows nothing about the Pryphon Air (A.K.A Griffin Air Tech) knew nothing about them, they just fulfill the orders as they come. Nobody knows where this company resides. I gave them a one star because I got my drone LOL…i'm sorry if you didn't !!! I CAN'T TELL YOU HOME MUCH YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT STAYING AWAY FROM THIS garbage IS IMPORTANT…THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD DRONE COMPANIES…THIS IS NOT ONE O…the drone it self is VERY GOOD it does everything a 700.00 does. I saw the same drone under a different name even same add move and people have nice thinks to say about the company…STAY AWAY FROM GRIFFIN INC (aka Pryphone Drove )))

Andy Smith is a fake b-s review. I like many ordered a drone and never received it. I ask for a refund and they said they would, allow a few days for the refund. Never got my money back. They are low-lifes ripping people off.

It took 6 weeks but I received my drone and it works as advertised I also complained about delivery and was told that they were overwhelmed with orders and delivery time had to be longer then expected But I did get it.

This is a scam!!! Do not buy anything from this company If you鈥檙e thinking about buying a drone DO NOT purchase it from Griffin Air! I ordered one on line and they never shipped it. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. For three weeks they have been sending messages that the refund is being processed but they never processed it.

I am only giving them 1 star because I had to. DO NOT BUY!! NO DELIVERY, NO COMMUNICATION, WEEKS OF WAITING, NO NOTHING, NADA!!! Run away now!!!! SCAM! When you call their 800 # you get a weird voice mail, creepy!

I ordered a gryphon drone from this place back in December 2018 and never received anything and when you call goes to voice mail and emails are automated. I鈥檓 still waiting for a refund and contacted my attorney. It鈥檚 wrong for small companies and or people like this to scam you. So I would recommend you by from someplace that is legit. Thank you!

The griffin gryphon drone works like a charm. Got my drone about 2 weeks back and so far so good. The camera quality is good and price is very competitive.
