Dreadful customer service. I ordered 2 items for Xmas presents. Neither arrived. Ifolor are blaming DHL and saying it is between me and DHL. Appalling. Will never use again.

Terrible service. Waiting for 3 weeks for my order and they fail to update me on what's happening. Spent 拢120 with them and still don't know when I'll receive it. Customer service is useless. Don't expect to receive quick responses via email or any at all.

Very poor customer service.
I still haven鈥檛 recieved my 2 orders after 3 weeks. They were Christmas presents, and I am so disapointed.
I鈥檝e sent an email, called their office in Switzerland and after 20 mins. on the phone, they said they could not find my 2 orders. I gave them the order numbers, invoice number, email address, my home address – nothing. I was told to send them an email again with all information. Someone replied that the orders have already been shipped and it鈥檚 the delivery company which is causing the delay. Ifolor also said they could not give me any tracking number. I asked for a confirmation on the shipping, but they have not replied.
It鈥檚 not big packages as my orders are delivered in the mailbox so I don鈥檛 understand why it takes so long time.
I have received many other packages from other companies in the meantime.
Use another service if you can.

I would have to agree with many of the previous reviews. The end product is good – the user-friendly programme also good. However, my experience echoed what I have just now read in other reviews regarding customer service. My previous book was sent and sent back three times from ifolor to my country. It took an age for it to finally arrive. Since I liked the end product, I persevered and created another book. Now I am encountering problems with the upload and though I have been given a case number by ifolor to investigate, time is passing by and I have received no further update. In these post covid times in my country and many others out there, it seems shocking that companies and businesses that have an opportunity to pick themselves up, refuse to do so. I will be looking for a different printing company for my photobooks after this. I use Blurb frequently and they have never let me down. Have others out there any other recommendations?

I am really delighted with my Ifolor Photo Book. I found the software easy to use and it was easy to design what I had in mind. I submitted my order on the 8th June and the book arrived today on the 18th June. The quality of the book and the printing is excellent and I would certainly use Ifolor again

Customer service is very poor. My piece arrived damaged more than a month ago and I am still waiting to receive a replacement. A replacement was originally sent out but was sent to the wrong address. They are refusing to send a new one until the post office returns the one they sent to the incorrect address. I am not sure why their mistake must make me suffer?

The editing and ordering process was quick and simple which gave me confidence in using their services BUT….awful customer service when things go wrong. My photos arrived damaged, incorrect sizes, wrong quantities basically a mess. I am still fighting for a refund after having to return the pictures at my own cost (as they offer no returns service). Do not use it's not worth the headache and cost stick to your local high street!!!??

Much preferred the old apple service. I didn鈥檛 find it as easy to use particularly when it came to making changes.
My main issue is the delay in receiving my book which was meant to be a 60th birthday present. 10 days after submitting my order online I have just been told that it鈥檚 still in production with no date given as to when it will be made up. Then they told me it is likely to take up to another 10 days to ship it to me. So guess who won鈥檛 be getting their 60th birthday present on time ??????????

Spent hours carefully selecting photos and sizing through Ifolor archaic and non user friendly website and after 2 weeks received photos in mixed sizes, some with white borders (Not what I ordered) and cropped randomely, severing heads, etc. Never again.

I ordered a photo album for my partner's birthday 16 days ago and am still waiting for it now. Although I found the software easy to find, after ordering (upload took 40min) I received an email confirmation that the album was being processed. From there, the Ifolor tracking system is useless (only shows "shipped" with no further explanation), I have been waiting for 3 weeks with no explanation whatsoever and customer service email takes 5 days to answer a query. The 60 pages album cost me 拢90 and 2 weeks to assemble – extremely painful, look elsewhere if you can.

I used Ifolor to create a calendar advised when it would be delivered but never received they advised I must contact the delivery company the delivery company advised I must contact Ifolor after 6 weeks I gave up they have of course not reimbursed me.

Being generous with 3 stars. The app has some great features; the images, text and so on are very editable. The big problems are; images not showing in the sidebar. Whatever I do, when I click on 'Photos' [Im on mac] many of my photos and even albums are missing. I've tried this both on desktop and Macbook. Different photos appear or not, each time, and there is NO way to import more photos, despite what ifolor help says. Extremely frustrating when you're almost finished on a project but a few crucial pictures cannot be added. It should be easy to a) work across devices and b) to import extra images. Having got used to it I was really liking iFolor but now I need to change to something that actually works properly

SHOCKINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Book itself seems good but one of my three orders was AND STILL IS lost by DHL and customer service has beyond useless. So if it all goes well – fine – not much different to the apple book version but if your expensive book is lost, well don't bother calling or emailing, you'll just end up wasting your time

I've been ordering from Ifolor since 2015, and for the most part I've been pleased with the service and products. The only issues I've had are colors sometimes appearing too dark (this happened with a wall display, some photos and certain pictures in a photo book) and products not being packed well in bubble wrap (leaving one side of a product exposed which resulted in a dent in the product itself). I got a damaged wall display from them twice, I sent the first item back but they didn't wrap the second one any better, so it also had a dent upon arrival. I didn't ask for a refund at the time, maybe I should have.

The shipping and handling costs are a bit too high in my opinion. The different products also seem to arrive separately, which is a bit odd considering you could lower the shipping costs if all the photo sizes could be combined in one packaging, for example. I once received a single 20cm photo in its own letter, and the other ~20 10cm photos in another slightly smaller letter…
The returns have always worked OK, if only they could wrap the items (wall displays) better, I'd give them 4 stars.

I ordered a photo book from ifolor Sweden and the photos had a significant alteration in the level of colour saturation and contrast. They looked like photos with a bad filter and nothing like the originals. I contacted Customer Service but they did not help. The photo book ended up in the trash. My advice: save your money and shop elsewhere.
