I placed an order March 30th 2020 at 9:51 pm for 3 pair of shoes . I had to confirm my identity then once they had my email the stated they would contact me once my order was ready to be shipped. 3 weeks passed I still waited being we have been on Covid- lockdown . April 9, 2020 , I emailed this company with the email of [email聽protected] . No response nor number that works . I waited email ifreshwear 2 x within the same month of June 9, 2020 Still no reply . I feel this needs to stop and be addressed I work hard for my money to have it taken like this . It鈥檚 a disgrace and unbelievable I鈥檓 at Awe being this name does go floating around on all social media platforms . As if this been the cases why not aware your customers of this site after they keep posting . My order number # 1368 I just want my refund .

I saw this website on Instagram that sells really nice sandles so I purchased two for me and one for my daughter's God mother. I thought everything was fine because everything is set up so legit. They sent a receipt to my email with the shoes I ordered and the amount and type of payment I used. As time went on I started to wonder what was up so I emailed them. No response. Went on the website and they have it set up with return policy and terms and conditions and everything I've seen on real legitimate websites. However they are not. I hope someone stops this website I can imagine how many people are losing money a day.
