I give them no stars, these pieces of crap been telling us for years to be patient. I cashed my bit coins in in 2015 and "THEY STILL NEVER PAID ME!!!" These are lying scumbag thieves, stay the hell away from this lousy, rotten, no good, criminal organization. A pack of damn thieves is all they are. Igot should be "igit robbed" and every other wird from tgem is "be patient " "we are working on it" "we need this info now" "that info now" They hide in Australia where you can do nothing to get help or your money back….. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED!!!!!

I've had an account at igot since 2013. When the bitcoin market is at its infancy, any Tom D1ck and Harry who got into the game can monopolize the market; igot is one of them.

It has been at least 4yrs now, and I can say that they have not improved a single bit, on providing customers a competitive service. When you can't compete, you get weed out by the market. The rates at igot is ridiculous, and their marketing strategy is misleading.

Now that the majority of the veteran users knew igot has since been rebranded into Bitlio, things have not improved in any way.

You have to give them time.

I opened an account with iGot in 2015 and my account was duly verified. I jumped through the hoops and, although this was slow, there were no great problems. Fast forward to 2017, when I go to deposit some money for Bitcoin. The transfer details are duly emailed to me, so I transfer money from my bank account into my iGot account.

Here the stress and difficulties begin! I receive an email two nights later asking for 5 different documents, including a picture of my debit card! I responded with a query, as all the documentation is rather difficult (photo of me holding my driver's licence, a photo of my bank statement (do people actually still get these?) as well as a screenshot of my transfer. I work full time and it all seemed too hard. In response to my query, I then was accused of fraud and was threatened that if I did not provide ALL the documentation within 7 days, I would be reported to the authorities. Kelly, the person who sent the email, also said my account needed to be verified. When I asked for an explanation as to how my account became to be not verified any more, I was told that my questioning made ME look SUSPICIOUS!

Outright threats, veiled threats, very poor communication skills, no people skills and zero care factor for customers.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I made some enquiries about this company and found that they are not members of ADCCA as they do not meet the standards to become members. I am not surprised! Before sending the documentation in an attempt to get my money back, I will be lodging a complaint with scam watch as I need supporting evidence in case of identity theft; which is what this is looking like. Holding onto customer's money and holding them to ransom to support their phishing expedition.

Lesson learned. Look for a Bitcoin company that is a member of ADCCA.

Now waiting 5+days to withdraw my bitcoin from them I used coinbase for another transaction and it went through in 20mins. Stay well away from Igot.com

I sent 500aud to Igot, it's now over 12 months later and I have neither bitcoin nor the refund I have been chasing relentlessly for this whole time. Their 'customer service' department don't even bother responding to my emails anymore.
BE WARNED Igot's listed office addresses all appear to be virtual, so you will have NO legal recourse to chase them for your money once you have sent it to them.
Do yourself a favour, give this horribly dishonest company a VERY wide berth!

Anshuman Dayma who belongs to Pune India is a main cheater and he has robbed my 7 laks Indian Rupees. But Now I m going to finish him as waiting period over. Now I ll spend some more to teach them a lession. Wrong is always wrong and I dont have mercy if I commit once. So guys start counting as countdown start from today.

my experience is always good with igot and if i will compare with my past experience they have improved their services i made a bank wire yesterday from igot all day it was showing transaction pending but within 24 hours they just confirmed it now it is showing completed i have not checked my bank account yet but i am sure they are not cheaters

I asked to exchange biotcoin to NZD and this has been pending for 20+ days. Customer support offer no resolution and closed my call.
I'm now trying to get my 2.1 bitcoin transferred to another wallet outside of igot – and this is pending and has been for over a week.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE – ITS A CON.

I was owed almost 10K for 6 months. They used to be good but over the last year (2015) their performance has become farcical. I suspect they aren't selling or buying the bitcoin when you instruct them to but are rather waiting for the market to change so they make an even bigger margin on the transaction.

Looking back over my transactions over the last year it seems I only got my money or coins when the market was at least 15% in their favour vs the time when I sold/bought the coins.

I had to threaten a debt collector to recover my funds.

Do not do send your coins to igot wallet or Buy coins from them. They take 365 days to transfer coins or Money to your Wallet or bank.
Rest is up to you. Experience yourself 🙂

After 3 months and my withdrawal still not honored it is clear that igot is a scam yet everyons wallet is still active to enable collection of BTC to funnel off for their lavish life style most likely They will rip you off

I have been waiting for over 5 weeks for my BTC withdrawals to be processed. Support told me that it would be processed over a week ago, but I have received NOTHING.
They haven't even provided a reason for WHY there is such a long delay.

Do not trust IGot with your money!

I have tried to get my money back from Igot for almost three (3) months. All they have given is excuses. I would recommend against using this company under any circumstances.

I tried to make a payment over a month ago, they did not pay it, although they were happy to take a commission and it took 25 days to even respond! It was supposed to be smooth and quick I doubt by anyones standards a month is efficient for something that is supposed to take minutes. The best part is when in one of the responses they actually had the nerve to say "I don't understand why your so mad"
Because they took so long i used someone else which was fantastic and took 8 minutes from signing up to getting the bill paid!
Do not use this company they are thieves and absolute jokers especially after having to give them every single detail before i could even do a transaction. I do not trust them!!

I deposited money BEFORE ONE WEEK and I try contact with support service but no body respond me EVER AND NOBODY GET BACK TO YOU THEY ARE SCAMMER THEY STOLE MY MONEY

This company took $10k from us. 30 days now and no record of wire transfer, no customer service to speak of – we posted to their facebook and they erased the post and banned us. Using the DDOS excuse, which is complete BS. Search igot and reviews – I'm not alone.

They deserve a One-star rating but the second one was given for good past performance.
My support ticket remains unanswered, it's been a week now.
My bitcoin transfer remains pending over 6 weeks now.
The transfer prior to this one took about 6 weeks as well.
Service went down the drain. Looking elsewhere for more reliable service.

Unfair spreads, fees keeps on changing, they dont answer well but try to close tickets, there are better players than IGOT….i am trying hard to get my bitcoins out but even after 48 hrs bitcoin withdrawal are still pending….

Im now sitting here waiting for my funds to be taken off of pending and sent. Its been four days, they claim 24 hours.
If this was an isolated instance id let it slide but this seems to happen every time I use the service.
Dont waist your time, there are plenty of others out there that offer a much better service

As a person living in Australia, I have found it incredibly difficult to turn my cash into bitcoin, without paying several lots of 5% to sites such as money exchangers.

This makes depositing my funds quick and painless. Funds are approved within a single day most often, and if not, the support staff reply usually within the hour, and my problem is sorted.
They have no fees. Not for depositing cash or withdrawing it. And their bitcoin transfer fee is negligible (0.0002). Bitcoin transactions happen very fast as well. The site is easy to use and navigate, it just makes sense.
I've been all over the crypto world, and used many coin markets. And none of them even hold a candle to igot.com
If you are an Australian or New Zealander, and have had ANY issues in the past with bitcoin markets, I would strongly recommend you take a look at igot.com
They are as close to perfect as you can get.
