Purchased a speaker, which suffered a software malfunction within a week.

Due to them being in the USA and myself being in the UK, it was uneconomical for me to send it at my own cost for repair.

Emailed support asking to be sent the firmware file so I could restore the unit myself (I am fairly good at tech) and they refused.

Really disappointed and won't purchase another iHome product again, which is a shame as while the product worked it sounded extremely good.

Warning – if you aren't in the USA, you'll end up buying a glorified paperweight.
