Ikihost

Destroyed/lost my website.

These people are complete morons. They purchased a hosting company that I was with wpfastest.com. They did not transfer my data/website to the new site ikihost.com. They did not keep backups. They lost my data.

My discussions with the support staff were strained in the sense I was dealing with someone whose knowledge of English was minimal. After a lot of work, Ikihost admitted to failing to transfer my website and losing my data. I was offered a small amount of compensation. I asked for more. Ikihost never got back to me.

Based on my experience, these people are not serious hosts. Moreover, I think I can add a charge of being scammers to my charge of incompetence. When I read many of the reviews here they are all the same, lacking in detail, and written by people whose first language is not English. So it looks to me that Ikihost is paying for fake good reviews.

This company doesn't exist anymore. They charge me for a whole year and I still have a half year left with two dead sites on their server. I can't get a whole of them? The website is down?
