I bought a dress for my daughter for a wedding. Did not special order just a size from the chart. When the dress came it did not fit my daughter and the material looked different than the picture on line. The dress was fine but did not work at all for my daughters needs. We had all of the paper work and just put the dress back in the packaging to return. We contacted the company and besides being rude refused to take the dress back. All corespondent was through email. The dress with shipping was $190.00. It is completely useless to us and we have no where to send it. Terrible. Will never use them again and reported them to the Better Busy Bureau.

I would NEVER EVER buy anything from this website. Two times I got burnt. The dresses don't look anything like the pictures. I gave them a second chance thinking maybe it was just that dress. I spent over $500 on these dresses. I am 5 ft 3, 100 lbs. I even paid extra for special order. They looked NOTHING like the pictures. The first dress was so puffy like a fat suit . The second one was long and the ruffles were super thick. It was a high and low dress with s high thigh split and the dress came the split was at my knee level. So tons of ruffles on my thighs. I looked like a puffy fish. I even sent the pictures in and they refused to work with me. I was hoping for a refund or an exchange but I am not sure if an exchange would do any good. Save your money and energy , buy somewhere else. I guarantee you will just lose your money. Horrible customer service

I received two dresses. No packing slip or information on returns. The color was not the one I had chosen. I emailed customer service and the reply I received was that my reason for return, style and color was not accepted so my request for refund was denied. Do not purchase from this company!! I am going to pursue action to get a refund.

They send me a Damaged Dress red color was all over the front, back and side's they use red pen to make the designs for had been.
They use Red color on Champagne color dress that is not acceptable I pay $179.00 dlrs for a dress ready to use not a Damaged Dress
I contact Ikm Costumer Service by email I explained to them the state of my dress. But they are care less, scamers. They replay use water to clean it.

Ordered a dress for my debs it was nothing like the picture it was horrible , it was way to big for me it was disgusting I can't even go to my own debs now ! And when I asked for a return they said they do not accept the return this website needs to be shut down !

They were very prompt in answering all my emails. I was very specific..at least 10+ emails that I needed dark grey the same as the pic on their website. I was sent swatches to pic from…here's where the trouble begins. I clicked grey & now they say it's custom, which it wasn't, it was THEIR "advertised" color. I opened the pkg and there was my PURPLE iridescent taffeta evening gown! I emailed immediately and emailed several pic that they requested so they could see the color wasn't even close to their website pic and was told….sorry can't return. Below is the website GREY & then their is MY PURPLE! I asked about their 3 day return policy & dismissed me.Currently disputing. Stay away….way way away.

nervous. but the dress was perfect! True to size and measurments stated and

a very flattering fit, wonderful colors, decorations and fabric. And it

I absolutely love this dress and it fits amazingly. I usually wear a 6 and ordered an 8 and it fits perfectly. I was concerned I would have to alter but I didn't. The material and colors are bright and beautiful. I can't wait to wear this to an event.

I am 5'10" and weight 134 lbs, and this dress still flows and drags a little like shown in the picture. I wanted it that way so was glad it was nice and long.
