Non payment for work

Jacque Nelson of Ilookusa.com promised payment for work I did. I did over 16 hours of work and singed a release and contract and she breached the contract and she keeps making excuses about why I never got paid. She is also always changing her story. She doesn't return calls or respond. She also expects and demands the photographers pay the up front expenses.

iLookUSA is a scam and breached my contract

This organization is a scam. Poorly run by one person with several email addresses and ghost employees. She contracts out professionals, such as myself, and does not fulfill her end of the bargain. My contract states I was to be paid for correspondent services in June and later Jacque called to state she couldn't afford $80 for my work (which I worked more hours than originally agreed). I agreed to assist anyway (as a professional courtesy) and sure she would still fulfill her other end of the contract (photo shoot with professional photographer; copies of photos and videos of the event for my portfolio). I have not received the photo shoot or video footage (she makes excuses on a daily basis – she has to hire a new photography; someone will contact me with a schedule; she is waiting for a vendor to cash a check, so on and so forth). After I sent a very lengthy email last week, I finally got unedited copies of photos from the event. I followed up with Jacque via email weekly (sometimes with calls) and I believe no client should have to work this hard to receive what is due to them via a contracted deal – I am still waiting for other items as promised. It is obvious, as I peruse the internet and social media sites, that this company needs to shut down or restructure. They have more complaints than any operating small business should ever have. Stop scamming people and making promises your small business simply can't afford or have the capacity for.

I emailed them my pictures and now after reading the reviews im afraid they will use them

I recently became a member of the casting360 and without knowing it was a scam I emailed [email聽protected] telling them I want to work for them and sent them four photos of me. but now that I hear its a scam I would like for them to delete them because I'm afraid they might use them without telling me or for other purposes.
