I purchased 6 dresses , i looked up the company's return policy, stated returns to be mailed to an Ohio address. They even had a Ohio phone number.
After i received the dresses, 3 were very ill fitting and did not mesure up to what was listed on the site. Semt email to Customer service letting them know.
They sent back response that said thay iyem was shipped from China and that it was very expensive to ship amd i should save my money on shipping and just buy a new dress with a 20% discount.
I told them no where on their site does it state that.
That it gives a Ohio address for all returns.
They sent an additional response that was just like the first.
I am calling my CC comapny, hopefully they can help.
