BUYERS BEWARE!
I bought a pair of shoes from Iloveshoes.biz in the UK. I checked their returns policy before I purchased, and it said they would provide a returns label.
When the shoes arrived there was no return label, so I contacted them by email.
After a week I'd had no response, so I posted on their facebook page and got an immediate response promising me a free collection…. since then: they've not replied, closed their facebook page to comments, and refused to respond to various emails I've sent them.

Just an appalling experience – potentially illegal. These people should not be allowed to operate a website.
