When I arrived in Belgium from overseas, it was so difficult to find a home, especially as a British/Canadian national. Eventually it became urgent, and I asked for support from many agencies. Candice Strubbe at Immo Francois was the only agent that helped me out, found me a place, offered many suggestions, and even supported that I could move in quickly and on time.

I was so lucky to have Candice as my agent, and I am so thankful for her help. The home that I could choose is very nice and the support from Candice, even after I moved into the apartment, was always there. Thank you so much Candice! I really appreciated the help and amazing service. I hope to choose Immo Francois again in the future if I need to move somewhere new!

We had a meet to see two houses with Louis from the knokke office. He was very helpful, informed and friendly. He was able to fit us in for a last minute viewing of a place, which was really great and saved us some time too! I was especially pleased with the email that I received after agreeing on the viewing time notifying me of a Google calendar event created by Immo Fran莽ois for our appointment. I really liked this touch and found it highly professional.
Within two hours of the viewings I was sent the extra information that I had requested about the properties, this was also a great service.
Overall pleased with the experience and as our search remains active I will be using them I'm the future.

Quite professional

Awful experience with letting my property through this agency (Brugge office). Took them more than two months to find a tenant in the nicest spot of Brugge. This could be due to the incorrect property value assessment and slow market (not mentioning very low quality pictures taken by the Immo Fran莽ois agency) but was reassured that they had a very high demand on properties at this location at the period prior to signing a contract with them. I assume it would take even longer to rent it out if we initially accepted the suggested rental price by the agent. The contract was prepared with numerous errors – no transcription checks were done at all (e.g. maintenance costs were different in the different parts of the contract) . When pointed out on those responded emotionally. Ignored all my recommendations and blamed me for not fulfilling the obligations at the end. Provided inconsistent information about the candidate and expected me to believe in their recommendations. Once questioned specific details, received very rude, unprofessional and offensive responses. Absolutely no respect for their clients. Which is neither good for a landlord not for a poor tenant. Unsuccessfully tried reaching the Immo Francois management by the phone but was suggested to contact them by email which they ignored sofar. PS: As the old proverb states 'never judge the book by its cover' – the estate agent – C.S. looked very impressive but the results are as descried above. It seems that most of the reviews on Trustpilot about this agency are super great. An update: my review was reported by the Immo Francois Etate agency, now I understand why there are only a tiny number of balanced reviews about Immo Francois. Instead of either challenging this by responding to the review directly or taking on board this experience and use as a feedback to improve the quality, IMmo Francois decided to report this review on the groiunds of breaching the Trustpilot policies. I thought Trustpilot should provide unbiased reviews and is intended as a platform to access a fair and unbiased experience from different clients.
