Cannot copy playlist or albums from iphone to iphone using Mac Anytrans. App skips many songs. No explanation why. Support Asked to upgrade to latest version 8.8.x still an issue. Sent in 6 or 7 logfiles zero progress. Very frustrating and time consuming for a basic advertised function. Needless to say I've given up since time spent is not worth the effort on no progression.

Anytrans is a very expensive waste of money.
I bought the Anytrans software to help me transfer my music library (most of it originated from CDs) from an iphone 6 to an iphone 10 but it completely failed, 2/3 of the tracks failed to transfer and none of the playlists moved over either.
I tried to contact the company for assistance, that was 3 days ago and I am still waiting for a response. This software is VERY expensive and doesn't do what it promises. AVOID
