Face The Future

I purchased a few items to the value of 拢200. I took delivery and there was a missing item. I reported this to them Face the Future/Skin Oracle. Sonya informed me that everything was in the box as she personally placed the items in the box herself. She also went on to say that they weigh all items and then pay for the correct postage once all the order is placed in the box. She also mentioned that everything is filmed on cctv. She got me to fill out a customer goods statement saying that I was happy for the Royal Mail and the Police to investigate. The fact of the matter is that the item was missing and I felt like I was the guilty one and how they tried to turn things back on me! The invoice which was enclosed even stated that the said item wasn鈥檛 in the box! Not a great company to be honest and I have ordered a lot from them in the past costing hundreds. They have never contacted me about the missing item after checking their CCTV? They did post the missing item to me days later and so they should because I had paid for them after all. I have also written the same review on TRUST PILOT. But it seems that Face the Future has now intervened as it isn't showing up on the Trust Pilot web page and they seem to have reported it to them as "breech of guidelines" Face the future and Skin Oracle seemed to have refreshed these io reviews also as any negative feedback is no longer on this page!! It looks as though they have started again and with the one review so far with a 5 star rating!! There were negative feedback on this page yesterday 4/9/19 and they obviously don't like the truth being said or any bad press. Review pages are for good or bad feedback….. Be very careful.

Website easy to navigate, provides all the information I was seeking about the skin serum I was looking to purchase. Had an introductory offer that made an expensive product that bit more affordable, and had free shipping for my order. The product arrived 2 days earlier than the estimate and came well packaged. Very happy customer.
