Company does not provide what you paid for

This company advertises a customized, VIN-specific manual for your vehicle. What they sent me was a PDF file of more than 8,500 pages of mostly irrelevant information, very little of it specific to my vehicle (an Audi). What they do is download Audi information via ERWIN (which anyone with a computer or smartphone can do) and then dump it all into a PDF and send it to you. What I paid for was for them to send me a manual specific to MY car, not other Audi vehicles and/or all the different engine options that are meaningless to me. Avoid this company at all costs, it's a big ripoff. I will be disputing this charge on my credit card since the company refuses to refund my money for their worthless PDF.

Prompt with no hassle

Was a little skeptical about ordering this manual on line. But I was and am completely satisfied with it.
I'm an older guy, so paper is the way I grew up. But this works. And it's laid out nice, great diagrams to follow. I recommend it. If you need a manual. Thanks for a great product

Quicker turnaround than expected and easy to use!

Three important things to know, Factory-Manuals.com is based overseas. You may have to wait up to 3 days for the download email, but it will arrive. Mine took about 22 hours.

If you write support you will receive an answer.

Look at the directions, I use PDF's on a regular basis and I benefited from the directions.

The manuals are wonderful and easy to use. You print what you want to use, get the work done and have access information about your vehicle. I am 100% happy with my purchase. This should come with your new car, since it does not this is the way to go.

I have a Passat 2016 (VW) and the brakes are not related at all to my model, very dissapointed

On Sept 20th I ordered a manual for my Ford Edge. Until today (Oct 12th) there is no download in my account. I wrote several emails and got only one answer. But I got my money not back. Now I try, to get my money back from paypal.

Highly recommend no Bs real deal. I own 2012 VW Jetta GLI. I looked for other manuals Online. really got to becareful there are so many scams out there.

I paid the money for the manual they sent me a link I could not download and offered no resolution.
So after posting this review and disputing the charges with pay pal they finally came through with the manual I still would not use them again. Very poor customer service.

The reply to this is false they are just trying to save face. They should post the emails so you can see how the actually respond to people.

Like the manual, love the illustrations, only problem I have is that the links do not work. Link say it is on Steve鈥檚 computer and it can not connect. You can still use the index and find the link easy.

I bought the manual for a 2019 KIA Niro EV. The information I received is the Niro factory repair manual. But they also included the build data for my specific VIN number. I was not expecting that! The manual was also indexed in great detail. I don't know if Factory Manuals did that or if KIA did it, but it is great. Ordering was easy, but some of the 6 emails I received during the process were a bit confusing. One sets up an account during the ordering process. Factory manuals sent me two emails with the password they assigned to me, both with text saying I had to provide my VIN number which I had already done. Receiving two such emails made me concerned that I had accidentally ordered two manuals. I had not. Next I got the PayPal receipt – OK. Then immediately came the download instruction email. That was puzzling as clearly the manual was not ready yet. I decided to ignore it. Then, about 2 days later came two more emails, one from Factory Manuals and one from some place called wetransfer.com. Both stated that my manual was ready and contained download information in slightly different formats. I picked one and all 202 MB of materiel came screaming in. Done! I thought I got more emails than necessary, but I suppose some customers miss some of them.

The purchasing process was easy and the manual was actually available for instant download. Just pay and download. The manual I got is an actual factory manual with full functionality. I am very pleased.
