No refund for a product never shipped

I ordered a stove and it was out of stock. The company charged my account but never told me it was out of stock. When I called they claimed they had .co instead of .com for my email and that is why they never notified me. They said they would refund my money. After 19 days and 4 telephone calls and 2 emails to them, I still do not have my refund $319.00, and they still keep telling me that they don't know why.
