Spent over 3700 euros on a dream E-bike to find the seat post hole is badly machined and seat will not stay at chosen height, ok it happens!!! but Fahrrad.de will not answer any emails or queries, I have sent so many email with pictures etc but get absolutely nothing in return. now 6 weeks waiting with no possibility to call or speak to anyone. They move their asses pretty quickly when taking the money but then have no interest in anything further! BE WARNED!! GO TO A SHOP AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE!!!! I ordered this bike for a summer tour with friends which was missed and money lost and also to enjoy with my kids, by the time this gets sorted out it will be last years model for full price and I will have still missed a season riding, that's if it ever gets sorted out! not happy!

Bought a Garmin Radar from fahrrad.de via the Amazon marketplace in August 2019. The radar is malfunctioning since the beginning of July. I have tried to contact fahrrad.de 4 times and have not received a single reply on how to proceed with the warranty claim.
Never again will I buy from this shop, nor the Amazon Marketplace.

I ordered my bike online for convenience and all seemed fine, the selection tool was good.
Then came notification of delivery. First of all it was late, but I know the issues with covid.19, so I did not complain. Two weeks after it was given to Hermes to deliver, I get a notification it will be returned to fahrard.de. It seems the delivery address was not clear enough despite the online system stating my address. I am then told by fahrrad that due to IT issues they cannot re-dispatch my bike, the order will be cancelled and I get a refund.

So basically I ordered a bike, only to be told 5 weeks later that I will not get it. No apology, no support to get the bike to me, just a cancellation.

Do not use them! I will now go to a shop and get one and save what remains of the summer.

Another bad German online shop, living in the previous century….
So I've been living in Germany for about 6 months, and will be here for work reasons for 3 years. My bank is in Denmark, and so is all my debit cards.

This is about the 5th or 6th webshop that does this mindless thing (Alternate.de and Mindfactory.de being the others)

I tried to purchase a bike for around 鈧?00, with assemble, and i wanted to pay with my VISA(Debit) card, and collect the bike in Stuttgart.
It turns out it's not possible to pay on your website with a VISA, if this has not been issued by a German bank.
What is the point of accepting international cards, if you can't pay with it anyway.

My alternative by you, is to go via Paypal, where i will then pay a crazy bad exchange rate so the Bike will cost about 鈧?0 more (10%)

I will drive to the local shop and purchase the bike there instead. You don't deserve my money with such a crazy bad service.

Horrible return experience. I have partially returned my order, and after not receiving money back in a month I wrote to customer support. The response (each time it took around 5 working days to respond) was the follow: we refunded you. Which I did, and wrote again. No response. I created another ticket and Fahrrad.de acknowledged some problem in their system and said that they manually triggered a refund.

Fast forward to today: 3 months after ordering the items I still don鈥檛 have my money back. They just don鈥檛 respond to my tickets, which I sent around 5 times. They simply don鈥檛 have a phone support, which is unbelievable.

I ordered Cedar Serious Hybrid bike on fahrrad.de.
Price was 350,about 390 with delivery and montage.
It was bike with front suspension,front/back lighs,side stander,mudguards. Just what I was looking for.
The delivery was fast,guy at the montage service was also nice,but the bike was not right.
Only color was matching. I was realy mad,and I felt fooled.No front suspension what is most important,no lights,no mudguards,no side stander…
So I didn't want to pick it from delivery store.
I have try to contact them but their phone was off. I sent an email where I wrote what was wrong and everything,but I didn't get any answer except that my bike is on the way back,and I will get my money after they recive it.
No apology,nothing. They didn't even try to send me the bike that I ordered.

A week ago I bought a bicycle and a locker, and some hours later, I realized it was not really the bicycle I wanted. I asked them to cancel my order, which was done quickly. However, they didn't refund the amount paid for delivery as well as they said that they gave me back what was paid for the items and that was all. My question is if they really want to keep my 16,99 Euros paid for the delivery or they just have unprepared employees that are unable to understand the situation.

Simple and transparent online ordering. Delivery was on-time. With 3 simple fitting I was ready for ride on my new ebike. It was so easier than local handler where I bought bike for my daughter.. where even though paying extra money still need to followup for missing items for cycle. I recommend fahrrad.de it works ohne problem. In Germany most shop college otherwise Burocrate.. online goes more smooth

Unfortuteanly I have to give one start for how the situation is being handled. The store has a great range of bicycles and parts, but…
On the 29th of November, I purchased a bike and on the very same day, I received an email saying that my shipment has been sent out and received tracking number. Unfortunately, the bike has not been delivered yet and there no updates since the 5th of December on the Hermes page. The worst part is that they started ignoring my emails and do not give absolutely any updates.

I have bought a wheelset from you for 1.200鈧?through your sub-site at bikester.dk. It had a defect and stopped working after 2 hours. Customer service was non-exsistent. You received the rear wheel 8th of august but you waited until the 17th to send it to the manufacturer. Excuse: It's high season. I obviously have to take a number and wait in line just like someone who has bought a pair of socks and wants them swapped for a different color. Is that the level of "service" I can get from you when I pay you 1.200鈧?for a defect wheelset?
I asked for a status update on Tuesday. It took me three days to get into the head of "customer service" that I would like to see them contact the manufacturer for a status. I think that for 1.200鈧?it should be possible to get that status, but it was obviously not a level of service Bikester thought I needed.
I absolutely cannot recommend Bikester/Fahrrad for anything other than socks and gloves and chains and chain oil etc. They are probably very good at exchanging your socks if you have come to buy the wrong color. Anything above 50鈧?Forget it.

Horrible experience Customer Service inexistent

Tried to place an order of about 1000Euro 3 times, lost 2 voucher of 10%, I wrote twice to customer service, no reply.
I will never buy from this shop.
There are other competitors with better customer support.

Ordered bicycle on Wednesday 29. July (Order #FDE7002706), foolishly believing in their promise, that everything you order till 16h will be dispatched the same day. Since they didn't get back to me till Friday, I tried contacting them by phone several times, but the only thing I was getting was automatic answering machine, with a message that they are too busy and can only accept inquiries via contact form. I tried sending them email, however they never responded to it.

Finally on Monday 29. July I've got automatic email from them, that my package is sent, along with Hermes tracking code which doesn't work. Meanwhile I left to vacation, being charged cca. 700鈧?for bicycle that I never received.

The worst customer experience *ever*.

So I ordered a bike on the 26th June order number: FDE6907307
Today it is first of July and I still have not received it, it is supposed to go to the store to be assembled there.
Friday 28th at midnight Hermes received it at their terminal in Dusseldorf, expected delivery still stands as 28th June. and it has not moved from there since.
Customer service and the actual store is not possible to reach by phone or email.
Will never purchase from this company again, its an absolute scam.

Horrible shipping experience – I ordered a bike and spare parts, after initial shipping confirmation, no updates on when the bike could be expected. It took multiple inquiries via email and phone and almost four weeks to sort it out – no apology, absolutely stunned that this company is in business.

I ordered the bicycle 24 days ago. My money was diligently removed from the account a couple of days later. The cycle never came. The written communication with the support was not responded, the phone calls were not informative, nor successful. 11 days ago, the logistics provider (Hermes) apparently sent the goods back to the fahrrad.de. I still haven't received the refund for the goods I never received.

Never again.

Great price. The wheels came tubeless set out of the box and were deivered quickly. The minor issue with the wheels was that the tubeless valves were very loosely screwed to the rims. If other buyer is not aware to check this, there might not be a very succesful tyre seating and milk might leak. I'm not even sure if it comes like this from the shop or from Mavic.
In general there are very nice offers in this site and I always keep an eye for options.

The order arrived very quickly. The prices are very competitive (making it easily the only place I really have to look for my cycling needs). Horrible customer service. No one picks up the phone or responds to the query submitted by the website. Just ordered a new bike. Bike came with no instructions and the videos online do not match the model of bike shipped.
While trying to create a return label keeps giving error that the order number and postcode does not match. I ordered multiple bikes and hope the other ones work better than the first one.

Orderd on sunday evening 18/06/2017..today is 22/06/2017 still not received.. called and wrote twice to customer care representative..they said delay by DHL.. DHL said we dont have any parcel yet..unsatisfied response..should be deliver within two working days as already paid extra delivery cost..very disappointed by "fahrrad.de"..
