I had recently heard about a summer eyelash extensions offer they were doing and I had contacted them straight away as it was local and my normal lash lady was busy for the week. Honestly I should have just waited for my lash lady to be free. Before my lashes were done I showed a picture and a video of my own lashes and how my normal lash lady does them and I said I wanted them the exact same, The young girl who had done my lashes said that wouldn鈥檛 be a problem. When she finished (took over 3 hours) they were so many gaps in my lashes and did not look anywhere near the pics or videos I had shown her but I thought don鈥檛 make a fuss, I thanked her payed and left. I just want to note the texture of these lashes were like bristle combs and parts where she didn鈥檛 apply the lash properly I could feel them poking my eye. The next day I woke up and to my surprise almost more than half the lashes had fallen out and I was shocked, I went to work and throughout my day it was getting worse. So straight after work I visited Fairmount Spa and I spoke to the young lady who did my lashes and her attitude and customer service was beyond poor, she wouldn鈥檛 let me speak or explain anything, also told me the manager wasn鈥檛 available. She kept yelling at me that the lashes falling out were my fault and said that she saw that I didn鈥檛 like them as soon as they done. I tried to explain that I鈥檝e had my lashes done so many more times before this and never have I experienced this, however half way through speaking to her she just walked away from me. I myself work in an industry where I know customer service is important and this young lady lacked so much professionalism and her attitude was so terrible that I wondered how could such company employ her, then I remembered when I asked to speak to the manager she let on that the manager was actually her mother. I was left at reception alone with nobody coming to speak to me or ask if there was an issue. I went home and called the Spa and the same young girl picked up and continued to be rude even when I asked to speak to the manager again, she said the manager won鈥檛 be available for the next couple weeks. Shocked to the level of appalling customer service, I called the next day and I finally got through to the manager explained the situation and she just apologized for her daughters rudeness and she came to the conclusion where she鈥檇 call me back to go in and have my lashes re done free of charge (I made it clear I didn鈥檛 want the young lady as before) it鈥檚 been over a month and I never had a phone call back . I鈥檝e called twice after this phone call and the same young lady picks up and tells me the manager isn鈥檛 available. I have pics and video evidence to show how terrible and quickly the lashes fell out. If you want my advice save yourself the time and money and go other places where they value their customers and don鈥檛 lack professionalism and decorum. They can keep my money but Never again.

I had a terrible experience at this salon and judging by the other reviews, I am not the only one. I was given the wrong treatment that I did not book in for. Their website is out of date and inconsistent with their services list that they were trying to wave in my face telling me I booked something I know I did not. The manager was extremely aggressive and nasty, instead of demonstrating customer service and empathy for the misunderstanding she shouted at me to pay more saying I have had the treatment before (I most certainly have not). Disgusting. On top of that I'm not happy with the treatment at all and was not an enjoyable experience. 24 hours later I feel totally violated and traumatised. Will not be going back there ever again.

I used Fairmount Spa today only because my regular lady was on maternity leave. I was desperate so decided to visit the Spa for eyelash extensions. I called earlier explaining that I already had a few lashes on and wanted to top up. The lady on the phone told me it would be 拢30. I arrived at the Spa and was taken to one of the treatment rooms. The door remained ajar throughout the process so I could hear the personal conversation of the people (maybe staff) outside. Not what I would expect from a professional place. Before the lady even started applying the lashes, she was busy wiping stuff on my face. She said she was removing the glue but she managed to almost blind me as something went into my eye causing it to burn and water. After a few painful moments where it seemed as though she was removing some of my eyelashes, she eventually applied the infills. I was surprised to see that she did not put tape on my bottom lashes but not surprised when both the top and bottom lashes stuck together and I could not open my eyes. The final result was appalling. The lashes were completely different- the right eye lopsided. When I told them I was not happy with the results, they just looked at me. One women went out of the room and another came in to tell me she needed the room for the next customer. I explained to the second lady I was not happy with the results she merely suggested she would remove them! Given that she almost blinded me and had already removed several lashes earlier, I declined the offer, plus she had already removed the original extensions. I was not prepared to pay the full price as they had not done the job they were supposed to do. I offered to pay half of the price. A member of staff then said she would call the police! I was happy for her to do so as I told her I knew my rights as a customer dealing with bad service. She then suggested that I pay half even though I had already suggested it earlier. She also had the cheek to say and I quote 鈥渢he cost of my treatment should have been 拢80 and how they had 6,000 clients鈥? Terrible dreadful place. Have told all my friends and family to avoid the place. Definitely recommend Lotus Springs!

Absolute waste of time and money. Unproffesional and rude members of staff. They had no idea what they were doing. They made a complete mess of manicure and pedicure . It was absolutey appalling and they did not even apologise or offer to give a discount . The whole experience was horrendous . I went in there to hoping to have a good experience but left feeling stressed and upset . They kept speaking their own language infront of customers and laughed and joked amongst themselves . The nail varnish collection they had on display was all dried and flakey . It took me ages to find a colour I like and in the end the boss turned and said that one is extra 拢5 and when I said I will leave it then- she said just pay 拢5 more it's not a big deal!
They don't make you feel welcome or relaxed. Will never go back again.
