I have been in the mortgage business for 20+ years and have never in my wildest dreams believed that there could be a company of 7000 employees that felt like one big family with one focus… valuing individuals. Not just the people we serve, but also the people we work with. Steve Jacobson and the leadership have done well to protect the environment we work in and it shows in the way we respond to our friends/clients. The S. Ogden Branch -Utah is a perfect example of the larger organization. We help build each others business rather that compete with each other. Brenda Stoney is a fantastic leader and manager. Thank you Lord for Fairway… we are blessed because we bless others.
