Company sent the wrong wig and refused to pay for return shipping. the quality of the wig was so bad that l will never wear it or order anything form them. The picture on their website looks nothing like wig that was shipped to me. The invoice labeled the wig as a "sample" valued @ 29.99.

I ordered my wig OVER 2 FULL months ago! Order # 36281. I have NEVER received ANYTHING from this company! I have sent them messages with no replies! I call their number and it doesn't go through! No one is ever on their live chat! I paid OVER $175 USD for my order and NEVER received anything! I ordered a wig in February. A month later I contacted them to see where my order was. I was told it was being sewn and finishing touches applied. After a bit I emailed again and was told it was out of stock, what happened to the sewing on mine?, ok so I asked when I could get it,and they advised to order something else. So I did,and now am being told they are out of that too. I want my money back!
