I purchased products from fslinas.co.uk on 7 Jan, 37 days ago & chased it up on 29 Jan. I was told it would arrive within 10 days. As I didn't receive a tracking number, I asked for it on 6 Feb. I was told the items would be shipped within the week. They keep lying to you.

It's a trick. It is NOT a good value.
This 'hip, modern, beauty site' doesn't have an Instagram page. In fact, it has ZERO social media presence. Let that sink in. A company in today's world that can't be found anywhere on social.

Why is that? There is only one really good reason not to be on social these days – you have something to hide. Honestly, they wouldn't be in business. They would have little to no brand equity with all the negative reviews from angry customers.

Angry customers you ask? How can that be?

They get access to your banking details via the T&Cs knowing full well that, statistically, people don't read T&Cs.
They then debit your account monthly 'membership fees' which they convert into credits. (You gave them authority by ticking the T&Cs)
But, you can never get that money refunded. (You agreed by ticking the T&Cs)
They espouse generosity – they send a sorry-to-see-you-go email. Don't worry… "Your credits will be saved and you can still use them any time you wish."
But, this isn't true either. After 90-days, your credits are invalid. (But, you agreed to this by ticking the T&Cs)
Customer service is ineffective; T&Cs are ridiculously one-sided.
It's a sham, scam, scheme. Sophisticated and quasi-legal.

Do yourself a favour – spend a little bit more and shop somewhere else. It'll save your bank account in the long run.

This is a scam with fake office address and telephone number! They will simply steal money from you and debit your card a few times after that without your knowledge.
Their positive reviews here are totally fake!

It is a scam. They propose two prices: 1. Normal & 2. VIP.
If you go for VIP, they will debit your card every month for EUR 39.90 without notifying you (first time 2 weeks after your first purchase) – they call it 'their business model'. They have it well hidden in their 'Terms and Conditions' if you're lucky enough to find it on their website.
When I asked them to return EUR 39.90 back to me, they said they would do it under the condition that I delete or change my review first!
They claim to have an office based in Denmark, their telephone number has a UK country code (+44) but when you call that call centre – they don't even know what Falinas is!

This company only tries to trick customers into subscriptions. Stay away from this company as far as you possibly can. There is no advantage whatsoever to order stuff through their site. Only disadvantages. Falinas charges your creditcard on questionable grounds, and does not deliver orders. I believe Falinas is undistinguishable from a criminal organisation.

DIFFIDATE e non comperato nulla! Una VERA TRUFFA. Appena acquisti qualcosa ti attivano, a tua insaputa, un malefico abbonamento da cui non riesci a liberarti. Ti spillano denaro e rimangono impuniti. Una vera vergogna!

I ordered one item with this company about 4 months ago. I had to register with them to finish the purchase so I did.
Fast-forward to a few days ago, I realised that this company of "honest" people has been charging me almost 22 euros EVERY month since then. They took the liberty to turn on an auto top up service I DID NOT authorise. I've got now 72 "credits" that the costumer service says it's NON refundable!

Of course I will take action and report them to my bank as fraudulent and get my money back. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING. Stay away

The products are ok, they arrive in a god ondition, I still waiting for one else, I cancel the membership since I noticed they took 24 Euros from my bank account, I Cancel the membership in July and yesterday they traid to pick money again, thanks the bank block them but also I send an email asking them stop doint it and they just replace telling me You have primiun accont that is not true. I want to block that subscrition at all.

DON麓T BUY AT THIS WEBSITE!!!

This company is scam and the few good comments they have is because they contact them and ask for a good review "in exchange" for the money they took illegaly.

As many other people, I wasn麓t properly informed about this membership. I just saw that 39,90 euros were taken from my credit card after I bought a product valued 4,90 euros. They state I can change settings on my account but I didn麓t create any account at all!

If you automatically enter a membership program after buying a product, you should be properly informed, with price and conditions in big letters, not on the terms&conditions small print. This is defined by law, it麓s an illegal practice.
