Everything was great and on time.

Completely unreliable. Took my money online for an expensive bike. Sent me a shipping notice. When it didn't arrive a week later I called them and they said it would ship the next day. When I pressed them about why it hadn't shipped already they told me that they never had the bike and refunded my money. Why did it take a week and a phone call?

鈥斺€斺€擭o. They did not make a mistake. They had both bikes online (Black/Black and Black/Black Lacquer). They took the one I ordered offline and sent me a shipping notice after I paid. For a week I waited for the shipment to arrive. If they could not ship, I would expect them to contact me and proactively refund. They did not try to contact me to tell me they did not have the bike. They just sat on their hands. Then they told me they would ship it tomorrow. They did not give me a refund until I called.

I found the website on google because of a very well priced Dahon bike. I don't understand German, so i send them an email with my intension. Got a reply with instructions, i choose to use the webshop. Fast payment, fast delivery (couple of days at the most (Germany to Belgium)

Good and high quality in all moments. Really liked the safe payment modells for cardpayment. Was really impressed of the Quick delivery to Sweden from Germany.

The bike makes constantly noise and that's weird because it's completely new. I went to a bike shop and asked around and they said it's because of something in the front wheel. (I don't really know what they said actually, apprently my German is not that good) Also, I was riding it for the first time and I heard something falling off. And it was a screw nail. Two of them just fell off somehow and I lost one of them. Now, I can not fold my bike completely and that's bad because I bought it for it to be compact and all that. I will never buy it from this shop, but maybe it's just me since there are some good reviews here. But yeah, it was really disappointing.

I had to communicate by e-mail, since Slovenia wasn't listed on webshop. Never the less I've recieved even more information this way and easly decide for purchase.

We are thrilled over our new Dahon Vitesse D7 HG. They are easy to fould and really nice to ride on. Seems to be a good quality.
The service from FaltradXXS was perfect and we hade the bikes delivered to Sweden only after three days.
