No active phoneline; just an inactive email
I called customer service to cancel a free 14 day trial. I was told that the charge was for a previous purchase. I had made a purchase! The next month-Nov 16, I was sent an email- account charged another $39.95. I call 1-855-324-7575. The number tells me to search "familydefensenetwork.com" No reply. I check my bank account and there are no current November charges. Be very aware!
