I placed an order on 12/11/17. The website said that shipping would take 7 -10 days. This was a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive until today (12/27/17). I have emailed them twice asking for a refund since it didn't arrive in a timely manner. No response so far. The sweatshirt itself is okay, but the quality of the printing is rather poor.
