Fast delivery, items arrived quickly (although shipping to Germany). I麓ve only great experiences with Fanatics – I've been also in contact with their customer service though their live chat and everybody was very nice and helped immediately! I just can say: Highly recommended!

I ordered a UFC shirt for my son's bday (at least two weeks prior to his bday) and paid extra to make sure it arrived on time! I get a email the day before saying they apologize but the shirt I selected is "actually" out of stock!! And that I will have my money refunded to me in 2-10 business days!!! First of all, they did not offer another option-I would've settled for another shirt. Secondly, there was no phone number where I can contact them about my order to make a change or whatever. I responded to the email and explained to them it was a present- their response "we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you but since we have already issued your refund we can not make any changes to your order鈥?quot; No S*** "here's $10 fanatic bucks to spend on your next order鈥?quot; Why the hell would I trust to buy anything from them again???! If my experience with their customer service wasn't so one sided and impersonal I might've considered using the $10.
