Except the fact that the employers of this company use cars to get to and from work they have NOTHING to do with logistics.

Unprofessional and at least once they falsified the recipient's signature, with a criminal complaint made against their driver. Avoid this company and don't buy from websites that rely on them for delivery.

Many unsolved problems and their solution is to block the clients ( on the phone and social media ) and remove the bad feedbacks

worst of the worst. one of their employees who collects parcels gave me a transport receipt and asked me for twice the amount on the receipt. when I refused to pay, he actually started swearing at me and threatened to beat me up :)))
today I wanted to send a parcel so I want to their main office in my city. It took five of them to find out the actual transport price tag. Amazing incompetence!

Sometimes good sometimes bad.

Overall I think they are handling themselves good. Never had major issues with them, and the bigger issues were handled ok.

Their website has improved considerably. Their mobile app less so last time I checked.

nice website, very safe and all other, but company is not a trusted one.
