I ordered the hot knife foam cutter and only got the wire without the actual object! Though okay .. mistakes happen! But then
Sent over 4 emails with no reply (no contact number available) i then placed another order (as they call to confirm delivery) just to get on the phone with someone ( who replied i will talk to my boss) and again got no reply !
