THEY STOLED MY MONEY ,NEVER RECEIVED ALL MY ORDER AND SENT MULTIPLE EMAIL AND NOTHING. NOT ONE RESPOND. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY.

Total scam….. same as everyone else ordered my boys costumes in plenty of time for delivery. I even paid extra for expedited shipping and nothing. Very disappointed.

Same as everyone else. Ordered my costume in September and have received nothing. Now I鈥檓 in a rush to find a different costume because the one he ordered is not available. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Guess I learned my lesson not to shop online.

I ordered my son's costume on 9/26/18 and FANCY HALLOWEEN said on their website that it takes 10-15 days for delivery. It's already 10/24/18 and we still HAVE NOT received our package! I e-mailed them the other day asking where our order was because my son is worried that he might not have a costume on HALLOWEEN DAY. FANCY HALLOWEEN did not reply on my e-mails and just left us hangin and scrambling the last minute.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I called my credit card company to cancel the charge on this purchase.
FANCY HALLOWEEN is just plain HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

I ordered two costumes on October 14 and had to submit my CC# info twice. My bank account was charged twice, and one charge was later removed (after I emailed the company). They finally returned my email stating there was a bug within THEIR website and to resubmit my order. Ummmmmm….no thank you. Fast forward to October 22, no items have been shipped and I still haven鈥檛 been given my money back.

I ordered a costume October 7. On there website they said shipping would take 7-15 days. When I emailed them wondering why the costume hadnt shipped yet, they said that there processing also takes 7-15 days. I told them that was not on there website and I would need a refund if it wasn't able to get here by Halloween they said it would be here. Then I got another email saying a shipping label was purchased on the 18th but still hasn't even been shipped yet. So supposedly it's in Dayton Ohio just hanging out. I feel like this company is a scam. I'm trying to be patient and hope it gets here but as the days go by looks like I will need to buy another costume for my son. Will not be using this company again.

I'm with the other reviews. I ordered 2 costumes and was told it shipped a week ago but it states it's never left facility and I have tried emailing and contacting them and all I got back was, we sent it. With Chinese characters and now I cant find their costumes ANYWHERE

Experience as the other reviewer. I ordered on October 8th and they can not provide any info on shipping鈥攖hey don鈥檛 even know if it shipped! I got a random message saying they can鈥檛 provide shipping details followed by a bunch of Chinese characters. Horrible and my son is devastated.

Buyers Beware!! I ordered 3 costumes for my kids on Sept 26th…it鈥檚 already October 18th and I STILL haven鈥檛 received any shipping confirmation! Are you kidding me?? I鈥檝e been trying to email, but all I keep getting is the run around! I was told they would expedite my order, but nothing has changed! They can鈥檛 even give me a tracking number. Their customer service dept said it would get here 鈥淏EFORE Halloween.鈥?What does that mean???? Never will I order from this company again. BUYERS BEWARE
