So i tried to buy a xplr merch item. It kept saying i t didnt go through. Yet in my bank it said it went through. I contacted customer service. By the end if the converstaion i was made to feel like it was all my fault.

Says my parcel was delivered but to the wrong postcode, they now won't refund my as it's against their policy a the item has been shipped, I'm down 拢63 and have no item. Disgusting.

Ordered a T shirt through Fanjoy, a little pricey, but okay. The t-shirt quality was just fine, but the printing colors for my No Love, No Tacos shirt didn't show up on the background of the shirt as they did on the sample. I contacted customer service and they let me know there was no exchange or refund available.
Feel a bit ripped off and won't be ordering from them again.

I will never order from here again! I placed a order the beginning of December and it still hasn't shipped! This is bs! I purchased Christmas gifts and looks like I won't see my order before Christmas! This will be my first and LAST time ordering from this company!

I'm am absoultuley disgusted with this site their sizing for kids is shocking. I had ordered the size small for my daughter which was way to big and I now have been told they don't do exchange so my money has just gone down the drain. I payed 56 including delivery for a jumper that will go to waste!!!! Never will I order from fanjoy again

I ordered a single t-shirt from Fanjoy on 9/4/2020. It is now 9/24/2020 and the item has still not shipped. I was informed it won't ship until next week (9/28 or later). I asked if I could get a refund, and the customer service representative completely ignored my question. I will never be purchasing from this website again, and I hope no one else does either.

***CONSUMER BEWARE!***I ordered an Addison Rae phone case from Fanjoy (for my daughter) they sent me the wrong size, and then refused to fix it 鈥渄ue to Covid鈥?I鈥檓 shocked, appalled, and outraged by their sheer disregard for the consumer! This was THEIR error!…they are hiding behind Covid, and REFUSING to make it right! I can鈥檛 believe this is even legal to be honest. Just beware that this company has a ZERO return/exchange policy, EVEN IF IT IS THEIR ERROR! They had the audacity to offer me a 20% code to buy the correct size (that I had originally ordered!) and even when confronted with the email stating I ordered a different size, they said all we can do is give you a coupon code!…umm, I鈥檓 not giving you more of my money!…thanks, but no thanks Fanjoy! My daughter is so so disappointed now 🙁

Once again for the second time ordered something from this company after getting my Corey La Barrie Thank You shirt and absolutely loving it. This time I got the shirt from Kian Lawley's Lover collection. I ordered it yesterday and got a notification today that it was being ready to be shipped. I was having trouble finding info about my order so I emailed Fanjoy not even ten minutes later got a response with a link to track my order. Also, told me that it should come within the next week. Got text updates to track it as well. So thank you Fanjoy you have a happy customer once again. Will definitely order more stuff from you in the future.

Ordered yet another shirt from Kian Lawley's Lover collection yesterday after ordering a shirt from Corey La Barries Thank You collection. Got an email this morning saying it's getting ready to ship and sent me a tracking number. Emailed them and asked for a link to help me track my shipment because I was having trouble finding it. Not even ten minutes later got a response sending me the link and was able to check it and got an update and also was able to get text updates as well. Also the person told me that it should be delivered sometime within the next week. Super helpful and very nice both times this is not the last time I will order from them. Thank you fanjoy once again a happy customer.

Honestly I was greatly disappointed when I received my david dobrik shirt in the mail, it looked cheaply made and the shirt looked fake even. One of the sleeves where dirty on the inside and the shirt was printed wrong. Some of the color was printed over the stitching.

Okay so I ordered David Dobrik鈥檚 new tie dye merch and they got one of my items wrong. I was given a 3XL hoodie instead of the medium crew neck. I immediately emailed Fanjoy鈥檚 customer service about the error and I got a response in seconds about my problem. They said that I can keep the hoodie and they are shipping me the correct order that was messed up. I鈥檓 so happy with the customer service I received.

Fanjoy was SO fast and SO helpful. My order was missing an item & they quickly (and I mean QUICKLY) allowed me to pick a new item of the same value since the one I ordered was now sold out. The first few items I chose ended up being sold out as well and their agent was so fast to reply with suggestions of similar items, she was consistently corresponding with me at midnight! 24 hour service is beyond convenient and helpful. Best customer service team I鈥檝e EVER dealt with. Will be ordering again simply to support this company.

I ordered from here back in the beginning of May. I ordered 4 items, I received two of them fairly quickly and love them. I still have not gotten the two mugs I ordered, nor an update regarding their status in over 2 1/2 months. I realize Covid has slowed things down, but this is beyond the projections their giving people. I just want the two mugs now! I鈥檓 about to move if I don鈥檛 get them soon

I bought the sweatshirt in January and it's been 6 months and I still haven't received the product when I say that I need my refund the only email they have, there is no answer and every time I ask where my product is they say that it is way more because of COVID-19 there was a delay in the product. Bought a hoodie for my daughter, really poor quality, agreed to refund but had to post back to USA. Shipped back, significantly out of pocket and still no refund 5 weeks later. Terrible customer service!!!!

I think a lot of people have to realize that if you're ordering from overseas at this time (covid) it's definitely gonna take a while! I ordered mine quite possibly at the worst time which was when covid was happening + lockdown etc. So I just told myself to remain patient and hope that it would show. I finally got it! After around 3-4months it finally arrived to New Zealand! So just be patient if you ordered way back when chaos was happening 🙂

Plus – it fits amazingly, just what I expected

i ordered 3 things over a month ago and whenever i ask them where it is they keep telling me "it'll ship this week" or "supply only turned up this week and will be shipped this week"
They won't give me a proper answer and they tried to bribe me with a discount code.

I paid over $200 AUD for my order and i keep getting stuffed around.
order was placed on the 8th of april!!

Fanjoy has the absolute worst customer service. There鈥檚 only one person on the whole team who i鈥檝e come into contact with who actually helps you and make sure everything gets done. I have had 3 parcels take more than 2 months to arrive. 4 weeks to ship and then another 4 weeks to actually arrive at my house. The customer service regarding this is appalling and they just tell you that they are sorry for the delay and that it will be shipped next week. I am sick of having rude people answer my emails and not giving me information which will calm me down and make me less stressed.

Their kids sizing is way off and that was not indicated on their website. When I emailed to them to return the hoodie to a refund they refused to refund me the shipping costs.

Took forever to get my item. After 8 days from purchase and no updates, I emailed and received a response stating the supplier should have the item there for shipment early in the week. Day 11 with no updates, sent another email to them. Got the exact same response. After several emails in my end finally was apologized to and offered me a discount code to use for my next purchase (Lol not happening) was told there is no expiration to the code but advised to use it within the first 15 days so there was not problems. Also told my shipping was upgraded to 2-3 days. Funny thing I had to pay $9 for shipping to begin with. Now its day 14 from date of purchase and still hasn't shipped. SMH
This was suppose to be a birthday present for my daughter who's birthday would have been 11 days after purchase.

So I ordered avani merch and I came today and there is a hole in the cuff area. I have had it for about 2 hours and didn't do any phisicle activities. Would I have to order a new one or what would happen
