They do not respect Responsible Gaming policy. I have written twice to their support stating that I have a gambling problem and they directed me to another email without frozing/blocking my deposits in the meantime, needles to say I made more deposits, I have now written again with my ID attached, hoping they finnaly close my account. Why they couldn't forze/block my deposits, or forward my original email to the responsible department after the first email I sent I do not understand…
