His responses to me, the detail in answering my many questions, the level of concern & care behind his service, have won me over as a Farebooth customer. More than this, I will speak well to my family & friend of all this.

Stay away from this company- they are SCAMMERS my ticket were $800 dollars each they charged me $1400 in commission – and when I needed to change my ticket she wanted to charge another $1200 dollars – they were very sneaky – how they charged our credit card we were also double charged in fees – should have been $80 dollars and they charged $160 – STAY AWAY

I just got robbed by these scammers thinking i was talking to an agent from etihad airways. This agent who call himself charles peterson, quickly book a flight for my wife and my son and tricked me to believe that the flight and seats will be 100% confirmed. Since their are very few flights operational from pakistan to usa due to covid 19 , this guy took advantage of my desperation and charge me $ 2385.88 USD for one way. I later found out that the price was much cheaper than that. I cal the air line to cancel the tickets and refund the money which they did right away but the refund will be issued to them. This guy book the tickets in pakistani currency which cost only little over $900.00 for both the tickets . When i called him and ask about this, he had no clear answer except some *****story . He told me if i cancel the tickets they will charge me $600.00 fine for canceling it. My money is still stuck with them and i am trying to have them refund it back to me. By the way i cancel the ticket in few hours and according to DOT and airline itself clearly explained me that i am entitled to receive the full refund because of the 24 hours cancelation window without being hit with any penalty. Please do not do business with these thieves.

This site adds a phony tax onto your ticket that nearly doubles the cost! Do not use this booking site! It鈥檚 a scam!

I highly advise you to avoid using this company. I was travelling from Sudbury to Toronto recently. My initial flight of $214 (Canadian) was cancelled. I tried to book a seat on the last Air Canada flight leaving Sudbury that night. I paid for a ticket using Farebooth which I thought was a Canadian site. The site mentioned one ticket left on the plane so I was rushing to buy it (when I took the flight there were multiple empty seats). The quoted seat price was $495 but after I consented to the charge via email, it turned out to be in US dollars. My credit card was charged $680 (Canadian) for the ticket as well as an additional $412 CND for the agent charge. So my cancelled flight of $214 cost me $1092. This is obviously a scam company that takes advantage of vulnerable passengers who are under pressure to book a seat not knowing what the final cost will be. Unfortunately, now I see that multiple other passengers have been scammed like me in the past. Also, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is advising consumers to use extreme caution when considering doing business with Farebooth.

My ticket booking experience on Farebooth was very bad. This is a spam website who are just storing your data and making you fool by taking extra charges in the name of service.

Horrendous, ivy thomas was rude and pushy, they tried to upcharge me after my ticket was pending then simply wanted to price match from a different company, they are horrible, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

We booked 4 people on a flight overseas with aerlingus themselves – somehow Jenna Fischer got our information and told us that our flight was booked and she could get us on a different flight – at an extra $92.00 per person. I do not know how she got our information – the airline said our flight had never been changed (which it hadn't, but she sent us documentation saying it was on the day she gave us). Totally screwed up and now we need to fight for our $368.00. I want to know how did this company even get our information? Aer Lingus said this has nothing to do with them???

After booking a flight, and receiving written confirmation documents, I got a call from Farebooth sayng that the confirmation is no longer valid. HOWEVER, he could book me on another flight, which would cost more.
He said that since it was within the 24 hour cancellation time there should be no problem. He even said he would look after that. After 5 days, I still didn't see the refund and contacted him again. He said that it could up to 10-15 days to clear. So I waited, and waited. Contacted the agent again and he assured me that the request cancellation was put in. He suggested I contact Travelocity and my bank to iron this out. So I did, and they could not find any evidence of the cancellation.
I did a check on the Farebooth web site and THEY still show this as active.
BTW – The new ticket was not only higher price, but on the SAME PLANE.

After confirming my booking by email, they cancel it immediately and tried to hike the price of my ticket by $300 for a new booking. I do not trust this company.

Alyana was wonderful throughout the whole process of me booking a trip for 11 students today. She was very patient and helped us get the best price and flights available for our trip to Costa Rica.
