Absolutely ridiculous service.

I have completed my order on the 8th April. On the system it said delivery will take 1-4 days (no warnings about increased delivery times due to pandemic situation). After two weeks I still didn't have my order and there were no historical records of my order on their website, even though they gave my the tracking number… The order simply didn't exist even though I was charged. I have tried to contact customer service – apparently the phone number doesn't work. So I have sent an email on 17th April kindly requesting to cancel my order and refund. Now today – 7th May, exactly one month after, still no order and no refund. But instead I have received an update on my order that now it is on it's way… (??), are you joking?

How can you run e-commerce business without a bare minimum customer service and respect for consumers?

Please AVOID this website at any cost. This seems to be more like a scam rather than a serious e-commerce business.

Service was very good and fast, product was as expected and in good condition.
