I have been trying to get a viewing of a property we are interested in for over a week. We received the shoddy video – pretty useless to get a proper impression. We were asked and confirmed we had an offer on our property – Farrell's effectively suggested I was lying and said they would contact our agents for confirmation. The next day another person from the office rang to ask what we thought of the video – said we had seen and requested a viewing …"we can only do that if yours is sold but I'll get back to you" Heard nothing. An earlier directors response to someone else complaining was "there are lots of people out there with no intention of buying" – well just maybe you have to take the rough with the smooth and that way you might sell on behalf of your clients – appalling approach and appalling service.
