Don't deserve any star. Chor company. They take money block customers from the website and doesn't reply or send item. I wish the India police look into these bogues and fraud company and take away their license. If they can't do business then y post more pictures of clothes and fool innocent people of their hard earned money. If we are paying you it means we want the product and a smooth transaction but instead customers get is no reply and no products send. Its frustrating.

Recently, I purchased a lehenga from them and I鈥檓 so satisfied with the product. It is so gorgeous as well as comfortable. I recommend you all, try their products once and you will surely fall in love with them.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
They do not respond to the emails and there is no way to contact them as they are never available over phone. I have recently purchased (purchased in Sep'19 -following up with them still as on 20.03.2020) 4-5 outfits from them, fabric quality is cheap and pathetic and there is not return policy.
The images are fancy but the product actually received is very very very bad.
HUMBLE REQUEST-DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Worst website. I ordered a saree 3200 but still not get the saree . They didn't give me any respond for my messages. Fraud website. I ordered in somany website never faced any problem. Pls don't buy anything from this

I order with them at October 2018 (one lady outfit and one men outfit) I pass my order and I send them a message I need them on november They tell me " Ok, don't worry " after 2 week like that they send me a message the lady outfits I chose are not available ( on the website, they don't put anything, like ' Sold out ' NOTHING ! ) Ok, I chose a other one, I have a other one because the new outfit are cheaper
I give my measurements and for my man. I give for arms size wrong one but I send them quickly .

After I send them message because I want to know what happend .. Nothing ! After 3 messages ( we start be go on November ! ) They tell me, they finish send my outfits . they chose one compagny (OMG! I never see a compagny like that !) They give the number of my parcel and number of the compagny BUT when I call them, they ask me my parcel number, after they find, they tell me to PAY if I want my parcel! EXCUSE ME ?! I all ready pay for ship, why I need to pay more ?! The guy tell me, they can't send if they don't have the money … I call Fashion Ka Fatka, they say, they finish pay ..I was so confused ! after lot of call ( compagny and FKF ) FKF send pic of a ticket to show me they pay.. only the 14th November they received the money and send me my parcel .
BUT, when I open my parcel … Nightmare ! men outfit not cut good the pant are small ! Lady outfit are not same, the duppatta are too small ( like they cut one big piece of tissu ) the pant are small too !

I was so so angry ! I send pictures + message. They only tell me "The compagny what they give we do" I say "You can't see before and put the true picture ?! That's enough ! 2 months to wait 3 outfits + Change one outfit ( available on web but not ?? )+ need to pay the compagny if I want my parcel + when I received them, it's not good ! "
Please never again! Adios FKF ! and hope I will never see you again !

Hi this is dish here. I have bought lahenga choli from this website. It got delivered on time with stitching but i have got problem and i needed to change it. I drop the message and returned it. This process went very smoothly. I got replacement with the exact product i wnt. Great experience. Looking forward for more shopping

This is the best company and a website i have ever come across! Where i found whatever outfit i wanted for so long and no other apps or website was providing. Mainly i found it with best price and huge discount offers, prodcut quality is too good as mentioned in the website and i got the product within the time fram. too happy and satisfied. Must visit

Please do not order from this site. it is a big scam. I ordered a lehnga and had so much trouble . I was sent a wrong and used piece. When asked to exchanged i was told i am the one who wore it and now trying to send it back. I asked them to check the delivery date as i got in touch with them same day as i received the item. It wasn't cheap (拢320). I even said i do not mind to keep it on my account as credit and i'll order something else.
After given a promise for refund i was asked to send the item back to them. I sent the item as registered delivery so i can track it. They received the item but after that never got in touch with me. Never replied my emails.I was so furious. wanted to complain but had no idea who to complain. Companies like these give bad name to India and its businesses.
After this incident i have asked all my relatives and friends not to order from this site.
so please if you love your hard earned money then please do not even check this site Fashionkafatka.com.

It is 3rd class product don't buy please its material is bad and also damage. Or it is very expensive in this site, u can buy from anywhere it should be lower.

These thieves took the money and have not yet delivered the items.

I ordered a lehenga and was quite excited about my first order with this website. I am sorry to say but the experience has been less than pleasant. The item pictured has an umbrella cut lehenga and what I have received is cut panels with uneven stitches. The length and waist of the lehenga are much bigger than the measurements I gave(by 6 inches), the stitching is very poor( frayed edges, uneven stitching.) one part of the border has a single line of stitching and the other part has double. The loose threads have not been cut, the inside has not been sealed and the threads are pulling out. The black zari border is unraveling at one place. The cups in the blouse are placed too high.
I don鈥檛 know what to say to redeem this purchase. I loved the designs on the website but don鈥檛 know what to do with the delivered product. Also cutomer service and follow up was frustrating as there is no way to actually contact the vendor. You call and get voicemail, you email and get no response till you email at least a few more times. Needless to say I won鈥檛 be wearing this outfit on the planned occasion. Really a disappointing experience. I should have paid attention to the earlier reviews. They need to learn customer service from CBazaar

I don't know if their management has changed or something because 2 years ago their service was really good… but nowadays it sucks. I ordered a dress in September and I haven't received it at all. I payed around $200 for it. I didn't get my refund or my dress. I don't trust this company anymore. I've emailed them almost every week about it but I haven't received a response from them. I suggest not to shop from here anymore. I'm sick and tired of trying to contact them but I'm done now. They are just horrible. I don't earn my money easily to waste it. I'm never going to order from them again.

I am truly and honestly disappointed and WILL NEVER buy from your Fashion Kafatka ever again. I have a 30% credit, please keep it. I won't be needing it at all.

Ordered two items from them, they kept in contact with me until I paid and then I never heard from them again after reaching out many times. They are scum, scam artists, theives. Do not take risk losing your money by ordering with them. Stick to cbazar, utsav; boutiques.

Absolutely terrible. I used this company before and never had a problem. Then they didn't send one item costing 拢100, after contacting them, they said someone will get back to me, they didn't and they stopped responding to all my messages, I must have contacted them about 10-15 times over a period of time. They ignored all my messages, even when I threatened a law suit. I will never buy from these people again. Avoid at all costs!!!! Scam!! Terrible company, terrible people. I have told everyone I know not to use this company, and they won't.
They will take your money and won't respond, they know you can't do anything. Save your money for companies like indianweddingsaree and utsav.
