Poor stitching. No neatness n more important highly unprofessional. The worst customer service ever on their website. DON'T order from them. Unresponsive, when in chat they just drop off instead of helping. They may have the best clothes in the world but if you can't service a customer then you don't deserve

The all are fraud Dont trust on they are fraud people. I have ordered 1 dress and mrs kran dabas mobile 9650000148 said will give you the same dress as you seen in the picture and i have paid 9500/- for the dress advance i said payment by credit card or debit card she asked full payment cash i have given full advance for my dress for my function she take measurement 2 time and after 10 days again call for trial and i have seen material is very bed she used and color also not the same and work also not same as she demand 1500/- extra for special design. After seen the dress i was shocked but she said all the same mam she is not listen any think and i was try the dress is very big is almost for 6 feet height lady then she said the size we make free size you can try then we stitched after taking measurement how can possible to make free size again i was visit the boutique 2 time for trial only at 3rd time she said i will send you the dress on your address before 3 days from the functions i was received my dress i was shocked to see the dress is 5 inches short from back lower and 2 feet short palla after telephonic conversation and send the dress pic she said there is mistake from my karigar no issue you can refund me i will make you other. But dont have so much of time and at last minute i have purchase other dress from the market with inr 14000/- gown. After my party over on 10 Aug 2017 after 2 days again i have visited the boutique and showing the dress she is said mam i will make you other dress or you can choose other dress as we ask for refund but she is not ready then she is showing me other picture for other dress is very simple top and scart i have select because my money is stuck from the lady mrs kiran dabas. I personally requested to the lady to please give the dress soon then will use on my karwachauth she said ok after 10 days no any update then i was call she said mam dont have time to go market to purchase febrack after purchase will call you. And then i was call n September month she didn't pick my any call diwali also gone but she did not picked my any call regular i was called for 3 moth followup she not picked my call and not revert on whatsup also after seen my all the massages. She is not refund my money and not given me other dress also she is money maker fraud lady. I am going to file the case of mental harassment and consumer court also. I have send legal notice also but she did not revert for notice.

When you go to fashion online then they given you the assurance that we will provide a perfect fitting after your booking when you want the trial then they given you for trial. in the trial if your fitting is not kk then they don't know how to do. Fake n False commitments Don't Trust their people also.

As thy posting fake review own please look below the 2 posting with the Name of Ms Amrita Singh she is not a client she is working in the boutique as she told and she is calling with fake name also. As after they stuck my money after 10 month they are not returning my money or dress and not responding Mr Kiran Dabas then i have send the legal notice with the name of Mrs Kiran Dabas then after 7 days from the receiving the notice one other lady called me from the mobile numbers 9990001688 and accept all mistake done by them and she told that i am Ambika calling from fashion online technical Department and i am handled online booking and you can send your account details we will refund you your money within 3 to 4 days. I have send her account details and wait for a week after that i called her again they are not responding my call. She is called me and introduce self with Ambica Name and i am checking the numbers is showing some other name with Amrita Singh. Deal all my request you all please take action or any booking before complete investigation.

Very bad online store. Fraud people. Claim that what we are seeking will receive the same. But my experience is very bad. I ordered a dress which was pretty costly. And when I received the dress it was a total different piece. And after receiving informed immediately but no reply from then. Then finally mailed them that I filled a case of fraud against your company..after that received a mail of apology and saying to refund the amount after returning the dress.. It's almost 15days they received the dress.. And not refunded my money back. Not even replying the mail. A very unprofessional company and people. Don't get fooled by this very online site. Pathetic it is. Don't trust. Some lady Mrs Kiran is the fraud lady.
