I placed an order 3 weeks ago and since then no update or any email about my order. I sent them several emails and no reply at all. I don't know how to get my money back 🙂

The reviews I saw on google made me very skeptics and only read them until after I ordered my glasses.The delivery time was fast for online prescription glasses and the customer service is good and the glasses are perfect.

I had a Very good experience.

I ordered sunglasses for my wife 3 weeks before Christmas. A few days before Christmas, I reached out to find out my the glasses hadn't shipped, and I was told they lost them, and that those frames were no longer available. I could pick another pair or cancel, so I picked a different pair and didn't get them until February. I was very disappointed with my experience. I will not be a repeat customer.

VERY disappointed! you replay to be that i have to wait over a month so the frame have to come to you and AFTER THAT u fix the lances and again wait how many weeks until you send it!
WHY YOU DO NOT HAVE On website OUT OF STOCK!??? If i know I would order another pair available or FIND ANOTHER website!

Product had a boss advertisement on its lense which by the end of cleaning it off left marks on them both,very disappointed 鈽癸笍

Ordered 29th November arrived 21st December, no contact from company regarding delay. I had to contact numerous times for updates. However, the glasses are as described and well packaged, pleased with the purchase not with the service.

I have been waiting for sunglasses about 2 weeks, but finally I got them and they are absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend fasioneyewear
