The clothing is substandard and they are refusing a refund. They are telling me to offer items to friends and family and saying they will refund 10% of the total cost.
They are not trustworthy or genuine. Buyer beware

Sorry for delay your kind reply ,we checked that we sent correct goods according to you ordered ,the size is right .Because of different people has different shape ,the same size may not suitable for you.
Can you please just try it ? If you really do not want it and it is not suitable for you, you can send it to your friends or family members .Hope your kind understanding.

I can honestly say dealing with this company has been very taxing.聽 I purchased an item of clothing from them via their website which seems OK, looked at their returns policy which is straight forward and waited for the goods to arrive.
They did take some time and became a bit worried when the parcel arrived – I think from China.聽 Upon opening the package the item was of a 'very' poor quality and did not resemble the item on the picture and smelt of smoke – more like a charcoal smell.
I immediately sent an email to fashionkelly.com informing them as per their returns that the items was not as described had an awful smell and could they therefore send me a return address so that I could get a refund.
Yep! you have probably guess it – despite repeated emails back and two it transpires that they inform me of the below;

My last email was informing them that if they can apply a 20% discount then they can apply a 100% discount and I will return their goods.聽 I have advised them that I will be taking the matter further and getting Trading Standards Involved and that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they have a duty as a company to comply.
For me the purchase was low at under 拢20, but its the principle that this company falsely say they will refund when clearly they have no intention of applying any refund and the quality is extremely poor.
I urge anybody who thinks about dealing with this company really think about their purchase as I can guarantee if it does turn up like mine you have no comeback as yet.
