Not even worth 1 star but 0 wasn't an option. Clothes took weeks to arrive (2 tops). One was awful material, like swimming costume material, nothing like it looked on website. Both poorly made, too baggy or too tight in various places. Offered a refund of 15% by company as advised cost of return postage would exceed cost of clothes and they weren't prepared to cover that. Argued them up to 30% after many emails. Do not buy anything from this company!

Items never received. Courier lost but struggling to get them to process a claim through the carrier. No phone number to call and discuss.

Ordered and never received any goods at all to date now they won't even reply to my messages and they have changed their Facebook page so you can't post.

Not even worth one star. Disgraceful Customer service. Product arrived wrong colour and material nothing like picture. Wanted picture for return then wouldn鈥檛 offer a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible company, wrong item sent and paltry offer of 10% refund. I think they may have changed their trading name to Victoria look, as that company is selling the same products. Don't buy online clothes from China as no refund and the return postage costs as much as the goods and no refund of postage. I left comments on their numerous fb pages but they were all removed and only good reviews were left.

Did not receive my goods. The only customer service is advice to contact our local post office or Yodal, who don't have the parcel either. Not happy. Refund requested on several occasions with no joy.

Absolute disgrace of a company.

The clothing is substandard and they are refusing a refund. They are telling me to offer items to friends and family and saying they will refund 10% of the total cost.

They are not trustworthy or genuine. Buyer beware

Ordered a top and it was too small. Been asking for 3 weeks for a returns slip. Ive been asked for a picture of the item i bought which i have sent 3 times. Appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I agree with all the other posts, same experience, and beware because they trade under the name Victoria Look too! When advertising it should clearly state that they are based in China.

I agree with all other posters, the items I ordered are appalling, do not in any way resemble the pictures on the website, are poor quality and the fabrics are cheap and nasty. So far I've been offered 10% refund, and to 'keep the clothes', which I have refused. They have so far refused to send me the returns address.

Don't buy from this company. I also asked for an exchange as the sizes are far too small so I asked for a larger one. this is the reply I got:
Sorry for delay your kind reply ,we checked that we sent correct goods according to you ordered ,the size is right .Because of different people has different shape ,the same size may not suitable for you.
Can you please just try it ? If you really do not want it and it is not suitable for you, you can send it to your friends or family members .Hope your kind understanding.

Please think very carefully before trading with this unscrupulous company.

I can honestly say dealing with this company has been very taxing.聽 I purchased an item of clothing from them via their website which seems OK, looked at their returns policy which is straight forward and waited for the goods to arrive.

They did take some time and became a bit worried when the parcel arrived – I think from China.聽 Upon opening the package the item was of a 'very' poor quality and did not resemble the item on the picture and smelt of smoke – more like a charcoal smell.

I immediately sent an email to fashionkelly.com informing them as per their returns that the items was not as described had an awful smell and could they therefore send me a return address so that I could get a refund.

Yep! you have probably guess it – despite repeated emails back and two it transpires that they inform me of the below;

Hello,
A nice day to you!
We are sorry,we afraid we can not accept the return and refund because the goods are shipping from other country,the custom fee is so high when return.It maybe lost in the process of returning.In the process of returning goods,the high custom tax you will be charged.If you really do not want it and it is not suitable for you,We can apply for a refund of 20% for you.Do you agree?

My last email was informing them that if they can apply a 20% discount then they can apply a 100% discount and I will return their goods.聽 I have advised them that I will be taking the matter further and getting Trading Standards Involved and that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 they have a duty as a company to comply.

For me the purchase was low at under 拢20, but its the principle that this company falsely say they will refund when clearly they have no intention of applying any refund and the quality is extremely poor.

I urge anybody who thinks about dealing with this company really think about their purchase as I can guarantee if it does turn up like mine you have no comeback as yet.
