Fashions Nova Online Store

I have used Fashion Nova over the years and not had any issues and now I am being asked to pay 拢29.99 in VAT for goods the cost of 拢75.00. After several email exchanges with Global Freight Systems they are adamant that I need to pay this fee to get my goods. I have looked into this and the courier company that Fashion Nova use to ship to the UK work in conjunction with Fashion Nova and collect the Fashion Nova shipments from customs and than request the customer pays additional fees it鈥檚 a scam!! I have emailed Fashion Nova several times and they have been nothing but useless stating that the fees are custom fees and nothing to do with Fashion Nova! The reality is it is everything to do with Fashion Nova and they are fully aware of this operation! As a customer I paid for a shipping service and for my goods to be sent to the final destination without any additional fees! My goods are less than 拢135 so I shouldn鈥檛 have to pay any fees let鈥檚 alone VAT fees and administration costs! I will never use Fashion Nova again and I will make it my mission to share truthful and honest reviews on this company! I hope in time many customers stop using them and they have no operations in the UK! I feel truly disgusted on how I have been treated and I will never use Fashion Nova again!! SHEIN, Pink boutique and other retailers have just as nice clothes without all these ridiculous fees to pay in addition to your purchase. It is truly

Ordered mask 81.55 4/29/20 To date, no mask received, a bogus routing number was sent (not trackable) to me. Was fairly certain it was a scam but had hoped PayPal would do a better job protecting their buyers from fraud. Will wait a a week or 2 and close my account with PayPal just glad it was only this amount. I will pass along to everyone I know that PayPal does not protect buyers from anything. Buyers have zero protection.

There is no communication to make a return, and the quality is something that belongs in a rag bag!!!

We need to sue PayPal for allowing this company operate through them. Is there a Lawyer out there for this type is dispute.

I ordered 2 products (dresses) from this company in Feb 25,2020 and haven鈥檛 received them or had a response to my emails trying to communicate with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I don鈥檛 have that kind of money to just let go of either… so sad.

And have yet to receive it. I ordered it April 2, 2020 and
this is April 26, 2020. I would like to know WHEN OR IF I Will b receiving it.

I would give them a minus zero but i cant! They advertised toilet paper , 40 rolls of Charmin that totaled 69.00 including shipping. Why did I order it? Well i am a senior on a low income and I could not find any toilet paper in any stores. I have health issues so i had enough money to order the toilet paper. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! I used PayPal but i am not getting any answers to where my order is. What a shame to allow this company to take advantage of people especially seniors who are on a limited income!
Very upset and unhappy with this company who advertised that the order would be sent in 5 to 8 business days.

I haven't receive my goods ordered before the new year. Also got no response to my attempts to communicate with this merchant.

I ordered something from here on June 17th and I have still not even received a tracking number and it鈥檚 august . This website is a joke and it鈥檚 AWFUL

Initially I loved fashion nova. They had trendy clothes at a reduced price and delivery time was phenomenonal, however my recent experiences have changed my mind completely. I placed orders back to back from two accounts…. mine and my sisters. The first issue was a small order never got to me but was returned to fashion nova. They never acknowledged receipt of the package. Efforts to contact fashion nova proved futile. I gave them a second chance only to receive packages with missing items…. I got no help from PayPal nor fashion nova. At this point I'm over them and I will no longer be shopping at fashion nova. I won't say don't shop but do so at your own risk…. customer service is rubbish!

I ordered 2 promise rings from this website, 1 for me and one for my best friend. Its for her 13th birthday. Now I can't give it to her because it hasn't arrived. I spent 拢40 on them. I want a Refund. I was sent a confirmation email saying it will arrive in 4 weeks, that was in November. I was so excited to receive them because their Instagram page is so aesthetic. Now I'm just really disappointed in this website. I'm a 12 year old girl who just wants to get her friend a nice present. Thanks VanillaUsa.

Vanilla USA – is ultimately the worst website you can ever get anything from. Customer service is HORRIBLE, your product doesn鈥檛 arrive to you on time or at all. In my case, at all. I ordered a product in June or July and I hadn鈥檛 received any response from them until the day before my birthday and get this they are using the HOLIDAYS as excuse that they couldn鈥檛 get to reply to emails because they are in 鈥淗IGH鈥?demand. Which is UNBELIEVABLE , because you had all the other days BEFORE the freaking holidays to reply or at least send a freaking Tracking Number! I can be reasonable but if only you treat me with the same respect. Then they are expecting me to wait another month or two to ACTUALLY receive my order! Ordered a ring from them a month ago and they haven't sent it and they don't respond to my emails.

I ordered from them 2 months ago and have not received my product, I emailed them and got a response stating that it was being processed and as soon as it passes inspection I would get another email with my tracking number. That was a month ago! I have tried contacting them but no response! I tried turning them into the BBB but when I type in the name of business said non found! I have also contacted local news channels! They are quick to take your money but never send product! Worst business I have dealt with!

Definite scam! I ordered from this company 2 months ago and still have not received the necklace, I had exchanged emails with someone named Lisa and was told it was waiting to be shipped 6 weeks ago , I have reached out to the company 3 more times and haven鈥檛 received any correspondence from them and now the web page is gone ???I will be notifying the BBB

I ordered a custom ring about a month ago and after weeks of waiting for it to come in the mail, when it had finally arrived, they had sent me the WRONG RING. Completely different from what I had ordered, and when I emailed them to ask for an exchange or refund which I was willing to do if it meant sending the ring back (it wasn't what i wanted anyway), they had failed to email me back. It has been over a month now and they are purposely avoiding me. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER FROM VANILLA USA THEY HAVE CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT CONTACT YOU BACK IF YOU WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. WORST COMPANY BY FAR.
