I have been using this site for over a year and have had no problems and in fact find it to be excellent in many aspects: Customer Service (respond quickly, helpful, go beyond what is needed and requested), Ease of use (extremely simple and intuitive), Superb look (doesn't look cookie-cutter, I've received compliments on my site), Runs quickly & smoothly. I don't understand how this site was rated only "good" (and I now don't trust the ratings I see on other sites because of this).

To the originators of WOT, Please give some attention to your review ratings of FASO (fineartstudioonline)!
I'm shocked to see this poor rating for such an excellent website for artists! In the years I have used FASO's services, there's always a quick response, with follow-up and evaluation options for that service. The support team truly is 24/7 … I have worked on my site many early morning hours and haven't had to wait for traditional work hours. Information in the Forum has also given answers to ?'s I have had on "How-to's" for building my husband's website. Never been spammed, received unsolicited emails… everything I receive via email is viable and trustworthy. I have had client contact through this website, and that is the main thing… Keep the main thing, the main thing. This is a tool for artists to promote our own work, with or without gallery representations. In addition, I can view the statistics of Visitors to my website. I have not used FASO for a web site nor have had any transactions that required an exchange of money. My experience as a reader is that my privacy is intact,and there has been any NO incident of spam that could have been generated by this service. The websites they show are attractive and professional looking. I enjoy visiting them periodically. The email they send out is informative to me, as an artist, understandable and fun to read.
If I were to create a web site, I would certainly consider their service.

I've used Fine Art Studio Online for several years for my website. I have never had any problems with it. It is easy for me to organize and add work. I have had excellent support when I needed it.

I have had my website, debragroesser.com, with FASO for about 8 years and have never once had a bad experience with them. In fact quite the opposite…I recommend them to every artist I know who is looking for a website service. Their customer service and tech support is exceptional. Setting up a site through FASO is so easy even for people who are not tech savvy. Clint Watson and his staff are absolutely the best and work tirelessly to help artists. I'm shocked that your site has rated them as low as you have…you could not be more wrong.

I have received the FASO newsletters, articles, and blogs via email for almost a year now. What a treasure-trove of helpful, empowering, uplifting, encouraging, and useful advice for artists!!! I LOVE this website and I save almost every single email I receive from them as there is so much of value in each one. I signed up for FASO's free trial for a website but due to new work responsibilities I did not do anything with it, and when the free trial expired I received the nicest, politest email from the owner welcoming me to re-join for an artist's website when I'm ready. Wow! I have been very impressed with the professionalism and just downright niceness of this site … and I would be very unhappy if I could not receive their emails. This is one of my 5 favorite websites of all time. The quality of the websites by other artists is excellent, and the whole tone of the site, and everything about it, is just wonderful. I wish I could give them 25 stars out of a rating of 1 to 5.

I am shocked that this site has anything but an excellent rating. Customer service is always helpful, the value I get from FASO is outstanding, I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. The newsletter I have subscribed to is full of information pertinent to my business and I have never been spammed. If you notice I didn't register my business email with WOT because I don't actually trust this site since it is so far off base with my personal and professional experience with Clint and his fine team. I find WOT worthless and will personally never use it. Thank you and goodbye.

faso.com is a great site. As a working visual artist I have benefited so much from the daily articles. These articles have helped give me ideas from the business side of art, to new techniques, to inspiration…all from a high creative consciousness. Thank you FASO, keep up the good work!

FASO is wonderful! I have used them for 8 years or so and I am so delighted by the ease of using their services as well as their trustworthyness and reliability. I have and do highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I have been with FASO for many years now and have referred other artists to them also. I highly recommend them for excellent quality and service.

I registered with FASO for the 60 day trial and , due to work committments , didn't have time to manage the site properly and requested that I cancel my account. FASO immediately cancelled my account and didn't charge anything, they were very professional and helped me immensely with their knowledge of web and art marketing. I still receive their newsletters in my email and couldn't believe they have a poor rating ?

All I can say is, if you are an artist and want a website give them a try, I will certainly return to them at some point in the future when I have more time, but until then I will continue to read their newsletters and browse the site.

I can't stress enough how good they were and the speed they respond to customer enquiries.

FASO is one of the best sites for independent artists and their work. It is safe, reliable, high quality and well worth visiting. Absolutely one of the best art sites on the internet.

I found the faso site to be extremely easy to set up a site. Their software is wonderful and any questions I ever had were addressed immediately. I brought my site down when I took a full time job and did not have time to keep it up dated, but now that I'm retired, I plan to develop another site for my artwork. I have recommended faso.com to many people over the last few years. I think you should add another catagory and call it Excellent Site!. That's what Faso.com is….excellent

How can a business that gives excellent, constructive advice and information, which supports and inspires artists to do their best work be rated this way? I have benefitted immensely from subscribing to the fine art views blog. When I'm ready, I will use FASO for my website. They are trustworthy and know the business. Just as you can tell when a painting comes from the heart and is the genuine article, this business is too.

It makes me wonder if WOT has its own agenda for rating, not one based on the facts.

This is an excellent , professional and elegant website. The newsletters are highly informative and the staff are approachable and super efficient.
All my contacts beleive it is one of the very best websites they have seen and I certainly agree.
