Fastbee

I ordered a product via Fastbee.it and there was apparently a problem with the address. The courier company -BRT- said the address was incomplete. They didn't phone me for directions or anything else. Now Fastbee.it is giving me the runaround, claiming it isn't their fault, among other excuses. I ordered the product on October 23, the support staff person disputes this date (I checked my calendar, it was the 23rd), and in any case they told me it would be here today at the latest. Their site promises delivery in 3-4 days anywhere in Italy. Now it's been 10 days and I am still waiting, with no precise date of delivery yet ahead. Today the woman I spoke with told me she'd email me after talking to the courier service. Still waiting for that email. I am wondering if this site isn't just a big scam site.
