We're a family of five who was touring Italy this summer. One night, very late, we came to the Tuscan village of Laterina and needed a place to sleep for the night. We found Fattoria Isola and were warmly welcomed by Cathrine and Georgio, even though it was nearly midnight. We were installed in a very nice appartement and had a wonderful sleep.
Next morning we woke up in the most beautiful place – on an old farm and hunting villa with a unique and fascinating history. We ended up staying for four days.
Superb and real Tuscan accommodation with an extra big plus: the family Boutourline is extremely nice and open – and we can only give our highest possible recommendations to this sweet spot on the World map! 🙂
