I bought a new house and I was relocating. I found Federal Relocation Services on the internet and the coordinator came in before the movers. He was very nice and although most of our stuff was done on the phone, he came in and looked at my stuff to give me an estimate. The team worked together to make it work for us. So for me, Federal Relocation Services were extremely helpful and productive.

鈥嬧€嬧€婣fter dating for four years, my girlfriend and I decided to live together. Since she lived in Illinois and I in Virginia, I convinced her to come over to my place. However, there was one hurdle to our plan; she wanted to move all her things to my place. She would hear none of my persuasion to sell her stuff since I had all we needed in my apartment. A close friend recommended Federal Relocation Services. These guys are pros and they made the movement very easy. My girlfriend never stops praising this company.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

We recently used this company and their affiliates to move us from Michigan to New Mexico… WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Please save yourself some sanity, stress, and massive regret! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Initially, they make you think everything will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism! NOT! This is a con job if ever there was one! Thank God I had the wherewithal to pack most of my crucial art supplies and expensive tools myself!

During the planning phase, I specifically asked if the packers/movers were bonded (and not just folks off the street who couldn't be trusted); the Federal Relocation agent assured me their company only dealt with TRAINED PROFESSIONALS! What a crock of horse manure! Between the packers and the movers, they STOLE OUR 55" TELEVISION and other electronic items, broke the legs off our sofa, broke ALL of our book shelves, broke ALL of our lamp shades (because they just threw them in boxes without any wrapping or protection), broke precious glassware (again, because they threw them in boxes along with heavy items without wrapping them), they threw all of our books in boxes (note: not placed them neatly so the covers didn't get damaged)… the list of damage is so long, I get emotional just writing about how bad this experience was for us! Despite all of this damage, they tried to raise their price by over $10K on the day of packing and then tried to hold our items hostage until we gave them even more money for horrendous service, deceitful business practices, and THEFT!

Once they got to our new home, the con job escalated! We have 2 garages and 2 separate entrances to our home (one lower; one upper) with ample driveways to both so they would not have to carry anything more than 75 feet or up any stairs… well, they tried to pretend like they couldn't get their truck close enough, so they tried to charge us EVEN MORE MONEY by measuring the distance from the street and up a flight of stairs! What was so ironic is that when all his local helpers got tired of climbing those stairs with such heavy items (about 8 hours), the driver managed to get his truck so close to our front door we could hit it with a coin toss! As if to spite us, the remaining movers put our items wherever they so desired, even though boxes were clearly labeled! They left our bed unassembled even though we contracted for disassembly and re-assembly of all major furniture. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

In the beginning, I sent them a zillion pictures of our 2 bedroom apartment and told them exactly what the job entailed (our place was more of an art studio than a normal living space). There were no major items like refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, etc 鈥?After 2 planning sessions, the FL agent quoted us approximately $15K but then the packers stole our stuff while trying to get even more money out of us. Everyone we dealt with was independent and tried not to live up to the initial contract! We found this experience the worst ever!

These guys are great! They came on time and went straight to work. They moved extremely fast and didn't mark up any walls at all! With 21 screws in my back I obviously can't lift heavy bulky objects, so i always have to resort to using moving companies. This company by far has been my best experience when it comes to moving!

It seems their may be many company's that provide moving services who you can complain about. However, that's not my experience.

When I called I was taken care of in approximately 5 minutes. Then I was on about my day. I scheduled my move for 1 week out and our movers were on time and got finished quickly for the size of the job. (They did the packing for me) As far as everything else, the cost was right, the movers were great and I was able to just breath in the middle of a stressful event.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I just used them for my relocation from Los Angeles to Dallas. Please do not use them. This was my experience.

First and foremost they are a Broker company, not a moving company. When you speak to the sales agent, they will try to portray that they are not by letting you know they only have the best movers who are trained for certain amounts of time etc.. untrue.

After I discovered that they were a broker company, they told me that they only use 12 moving companies and they have to have great reviews… also untrue. They give you their best price and sell you on the 'we quote by item not by square feet or weight'. This I found out doesn't matter at the end of the day because they way underquote you and don't communicate anything to the moving company.

My movers arrived and immediately told me that they underquoted me and my stuff took up more space then I was sold. So the same items I was quoted for were now taking up to much space. They told me it would be $800 more to fit everything. I definitely didn't allow that and insisted they fit everything that I was quoted for.

Jack, my FRS agent was adamant that if my first available date was 12/27/17, it would be there within 2-3 days tops. My belongings where picked up in Los Angeles on 12/20/17 and were not delivered to my Dallas home until 1/20/18. Moving is already stressful enough, you do NOT need to work with people like this.

Furthermore, the A+ moving company that they promised me was GARBAGE. They have a whopping 1.5 star on yelp — MOVE ON MOVING formerly Vegas Valley Movers.

When my stuff finally arrived, I found that my 50" tv was lost/stolen & my glass table and $350 floor lamp where damaged. The agents promise to be with you through the entire process but Jack disappeared the moment my deposit hit.

This is a terrible terrible company. Please do your research to save yourself from an extra headache.

WARNING! Do not use Federal Relocation Services!
I was charged over $700 more than I was quoted. FRS is a broker–they work with local companies to contract the move, and there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY to the contract that you sign with FRS. They ended up charging me $150 for tape and other packaging materials that are specifically listed as "no charge" in the FRS contract. Additionally, I made it very clear that I did not want to go over the space amount I was allotted. The movers agreed to let me know if I was going over. Once the truck was loaded, they told me I was xx cubic feet over my limit, but it would cost me more money for them to take it off the truck for me than to pay for the cubic feet overage. Federal Relocation Services has been incredibly unhelpful in helping remedy the situation, (each time I call they promise to call me back in several days and never call) and the communication between FRS and the moving companies they contract with is extremely poor. I would not use them again.

They showed up 4 hours late and the driver was very rude

Federal Relocation Service is definitely a service to go to for all your moving needs. They provide a very exceptional service and really know how to deliver a welcoming, and comforting experience that really makes you feel that you have definitely made the right decision. Federal Relocation Services treat your items as if they were their own, and have effective timely procedures to ensure that the task at hand is competed. Throughout all the procedures Federal Relocation Services really look provide a simply outstanding service and if you want to make the move Federal Relocation Service is surely the way to go.

Recently I had to move out of state for a new job. Federal Relocation Services guided me through the process. They were professional and courteous. All of my items like my 4K TV were handled with care. The move went smoothly! 5 stars! Great people.

Federal Relocation Services made the tedious task of relocation rather smooth on me and my family. Moving looks like a heavy burden and their guys carried that heavy load with big smile and responsibility. They were not through around the cargo boxes and were careful while picking up and putting down. They were not in a hurry and thus the process was not expedited- we took our time in remembering and arranging all our household items. These are minor things but in a process like shifting they matter a lot. Kids were getting cranky and were getting mischievous with their staff- for which I am sorry. But their associates handled it with gentleness- till we were all moved with their expertise.

Recently I needed to move and don鈥檛 knew what to do, so I found Federal Relocation Services and it provides me the best service that I could imagine. They did it quickly and made all of this, that could be a mess, a great experience. They were really good in making sure all of my stuff was taken care of and arrived safely in my new home. I usually have a hard time trusting other people to take care of my stuff, but I feel completely confident with this company. I was very happy with the service and I will indicate to all those who are going through the same.

We used Federal Relocation Service two times. One time move my sister鈥檚 apartment and other time move her studio office in Florida. We satisfied both times. A good reliable moving company. There was lot of equipment in her office which needed to handle carefully. Their workers did that very successfully. We contacted 2 other moving companies . But we got best price quote from Federal relocation . Their service proved they are best in what they do.

I recently got married after a long distance relationship from work. We decided to move to my wife's home town in New York. I was not traveling with my things, so i was especially nervous.
But talking to the owner, Mark, was great. He walked me through everything, connected me with great and respectful movers and helped me with every step.
My things arrived on time. A bit later in the day than expected, but not such a serious issue. Talk with Mark if you can. He is great!

I had a great experience with Federal Relocation Services right from the start. When I first called, the agent who helped me was very informative and eager to understand my moving needs. She even helped me pick a moving date to save some money and assured me that they'd be able to help pack up anything I wasn't able to. I was concerned because I was in charge of moving our office and I hadn't been sure how to appropriately pack up our large computer monitors. The agent quickly reassured that the move would flow with ease and that鈥檚 exactly how it happened on move day. I鈥檓 definitely going to use this service again for my next move for sure.

My family and I were moving to our new home and looking for movers

They arrived on time and packed everything in no time. We were surprised to see how efficient the packers were! There is no way we could have done it on our own! Sure enough, our belongings arrived right on time. We did not find a scratch on anything. We gave the driver and his assistant a nice tip. We just felt like it. They were a little embarrassed. They said they were just doing their job. But we insisted. Thank you for your help TrustPilot. We are going to recommend you to all of our friends.

I am astounded by the great service we received by Federal Relocation Services. They were recommended by a family member and we contacted them as a last minute resort to be honest. But the service delivery was impeccable. I cannot fault them at all. Our stuff was delivered on time, it was not damaged and the price was considerably cheaper than other companies! Will definitely be recommending them!

When my grandmother passed away I needed to fly to Chicago and sort through all of her things. I needed to move them into my current house and had no way of transporting all of her stuff. Federal relocation services was the route that I chose. They were really good in making sure all of my grandmother's stuff was taken care of and arrived safely and all of her fine china arrived undamaged. I really appreciate all of the help and support moving her things in this time of grief. They made everything that much easier. I recommend this service to any and everyone.

After our Papa鈥檚 mental health unexpectedly deteriorated, living by himself was no longer an option. We needed to find a moving company to pack up his Georgia home, and to get his belongings to our home at the last minute. We were on a very tight budget and needed someone who was reliable and affordable. Some of our family members are former military and were well acquainted with Federal Relocation Services. After our initial conversation, we felt confident that they could be trusted to take care of Papa鈥檚 belongings and cherished memories without breaking our wallets. Their crew was on time, professional, and exceeded our expectations.

I had to move for a job, and I am glad I found this moving company: Federal Relocation Services. They were able to help me make an appointment for moving immediately, and were very courteous and professional on the phone. They also took great care in packing my furniture and personal possessions. Best part was that they were very quick with packing and were able to have all my things packed into their vehicles in no time. My only complaint was that the actual move took a little bit longer than expected, and was slightly delayed. However, I can't complain too much because I was very satisfied with how none of my items were damaged or stolen. The Federal Relocation Services company is a great moving company, and you should definitely give them a try. I guarantee that you would be disappointed in their service.

There was a little hiccup with the moving van, but mark sorted it out. It was a great service to have, especially since this was a big move for me (Florida to New York City). They estimated me a fair price, about the same as other estimates, but the service was key to my decision.
I had a good experience and would recommend the company. The owner was easy to talk to and i did not feel worried to ask questions. Thanks guys!

Needed to move my office from Miami to Orlando. I am always reluctant to trust others with my belongings but I knew I could not move everything myself so I gave in and started looking for a moving company. I decided to go with Federal Relocation Services after talking to one of the workers via phone. These guys arrived on time and packed everything up quickly and carefully. All of my items were unharmed during the move which I am very happy about. I will be using this company again for other moving trips. great service!

My office relocated to Atlantic City and we used this moving company. The crew arrived on time and the office was packed with an crucial element of alacrity and efficiency. Everything was handled promptly and professionally with no issues of any kind. Cost was reasonable and agreeable. I shopped online and got the rates of a slew of companies, this company came in way under budget. Very satisfied with the service. Will use again.

Federal Relocation Services made sure moving of my entire apartment belongings, furniture, my car and everything I own went so smooth, professional and cost rational. The relocation was from LA to Houston. They also provided extra insurance for couple of furnishings I needed to be extra careful. I have used several other relocation services before, including DIY one, but Federal Relocation Services will be my number 1 choice if I need to switch cities due to my job again. I am always skeptical with other people handling what I own, but the trust is gained from the first phone call. Professional approach as you will not see anywhere else!

Federal Relocation Services are rockstars. Moved from MA to PA without a hitch. Came by last week around 10 AM and had my stuff out within three hours. They will take good care of your furniture. Don't worry. They wrap everything and take care of things like it was there own.

These guys are very experienced in what they do, not only did they ensure they were coming at a good time, they made sure my stuff left my home the same way it was, I like having conversations so, when they talked to me and conversed with me, I was glad, it's not easy moving so people to talk with is nice, once we got at my current new home, they unpacked and unloaded all the stuff and we quickly noticed that everything was in the same condition as it had left my old home, I was really happy to find that out. If I would to recommend them I would say definitely.
